Nous avons acheté un Xgimi mogo 2 pro sur le site. Le projecteur neuf reçu ne fonctionnait pas. Après un renvoi à l'entrepôt en Allemagne et une promesse d'un traitement rapide de notre cas et donc le renvoi d'un projecteur neuf censé fonctionner... je n'ai toujours rien reçu presque 1 mois plus tard. Il n'y a aucun contact au téléphone, seulement des échanges de mail avec des promesses... Bref pour le moment hormis le prélèvement bancaire pour l'achat du projecteur qui c'est bien passé (🙁) je reste dans l'attente de recevoir un produit fonctionnel. Je déconseille donc fortement

Der Beamer, XGIMI MoGo 3 Pro, versieht seit einiger Zeit seine Dienste bei mir und fast zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Was mich etwas nervt: das Umschalten dauert gefühlt ewig und in den Einstellungen habe ich alle automatischen Einstellungen deaktiviert, was aber wenig bis gar keinen Nutzen hat. Jedesmal einschalten, kalibriert das Gerät obwohl fix an einem Standort und eben deaktiviert. Das Gerät hat leider auch einen Micro-HD Anschluss, der in Verbindung mit einem Adapter und Z.B. Amazon FireTv Stick sehr instabil ist. Das habe ich beim Kauf leider übersehen, da ich ansonsten einen anderen Beamer von XGIMI genommen hätte, mit einem richtigen HDMI Anschluss.

Great Projector, very slow Android TV

I purchased Elfin Flip Projector on BestBuy, and received it with scratches on the top surface, suggesting it is a refurbished product. I contacted XGIMI support right the way, however the said they will not exchange it or take it back unless i have unboxing video. I contacted BestBuy.ca support, thinking they may be able to resolve the problem, however they said the seller has the right to refuse accept the product back, because it is Not Like A New, and according to XGMI terms, they have the right to do so even if i received it damaged. In reality, according to Canada consumer right, they have to take it back, especially if it damaged, and of course i don't have to have any unboxing videos. Also, be careful when reading reviews at BestBuy website, at the time of purchase, Elfin Flip has 1 negative review, I submitted 1 negative review explaining my experience with them, it never appeared and as of now, they have 0 negative reviews. Regarding the product itself, since it is running on its own XGIMI OS, you are unable to install ANY andoind apps, and you're limited to what they offer in their own app marker, there are about 20 apps there, all unless. Besides that, the only web browser it has, works horrible, freezes often.

Like most of you, I watched reviews on YouTube to find my next projector. XGIMI Horizon Ultra had amazing reviews. But the one review that matters most but never gets covered, is life span. I bought the 1st projector on Oct 2023, and I'm currently waiting for my 3rd replacement (Jan 2025). The quality of this projector is very poor. There are issues with the DMD chip. This company will not refund or provide a new replacement. You get second hand only. This time round I thought the least they could do for my constant inconvenience, was provide me with a discount code for the floor stand as its stupidly expensive. It was declined, due to this time round, they would be sending a new machine as a 3rd replacement. They think by giving me a brand new machine, is doing me a massive favour. 1 of the previous 2 machines should of worked. The audacity of this company is unreal. They do not care about customers, just your money and once they have hold of it, you are at their mercy. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. Also let the youtubers know of your issues. They will stop reviewing the products if enough people message them.

La commande a mis 8 jours pour arriver... Délai très long en 2025. Et le produit ne fonctionne pas, seul un message d'erreur s'affiche. Incroyable d'acheter une appareil à 500€ qui ne fonctionne pas.

Just Got an Horizon S Pro, the image quality is absolutely amazing. Still can’t believe my eyes after hours of watching movies. Hopefully, it will not have any kind of technical issues in years to come.
