Terrible customer service. Probably need to allow 2-3 hours on the phone to resolve issues and each agent tells you something different. I haves had conflicting answers to my concerns and questions. Due to an overcharging issue, I was told I would get a refund of $85 but I only got $40. The agents do not know their own policies.

This mobile company sucks, I ordered a phone from them and over a week ago and it's still not here. It's caught in some conspiracy with the fedex drivers stilling it. I call them to complain and they tell me I have to wait 15 additional days for a phone. I'm in search of another carrier for my phone . I will have to keep one line open since my son phone is still on there service. The sad thing is the reception was good and price was fair. There online sales and follow up sucks

OMG DO NOT SWITCH YOUR PHONE CARRIER TO XFINITY. Yes the prices are decent, as long as you NEVER need customer service. I simply called to see when I was eligible for an upgrade. Unfortunately the very nice gentleman that was on the phone did not understand English and for nearly an hour continue to read me company policy that had nothing to do with my question. After an hour he said he was going to transfer me to a supervisor. After he transferred me it was over to Xfinity home security system and they had NO IDEA why someone transferred me to discuss my mobile plan. COMPLETE JOKE. I’m still Waiting to upgrade my phone after 2 1/2 years

I am switching from AT&T to Xfinity. Been waiting and on the phone with them for the whole day, and now my phone still doesn't have service. They have had so much trouble to switch me. Am I the first customer that Xfinity ever transfers from other company? I keep wondering about this. Still waiting on the phone as I'm typing.......

Their customer service is the worst ever! I have had issues receiving text messages for 3 weeks now and have gotten no where.. they keep telling me it's fixed and it's not!! Ask for a manager and you get disconnected, call back and it happens again, call a third time to be told it would be 35 minute wait. It's been an hour so I guess they think people have all day to deal with the transfer from department to department. Asked for a direct number incase o get disconnected, oh of course they don't have one for that department.. smdh had better service with a prepaid phone..

terrible service, terrible customer service, biggest scam services. charging you for having bad service when you don't even have services to use. continues to charge even told them multiple times to cancel the entire account. bouncing around to different department then telling you the problem have been solved, but you will still getting charge every month for "canceled" services. When requested for supervisor or someone in charge that know what they doing, NO ONE AVAILABLE. THE WORST OF THE WORST, WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMED THIS TO ANYONE EVEN MY GREATEST ENEMY.

If you’re military and need to PAUSE your service while deploying…they will sell your phone number and cut yours off without telling you. I confirmed dozens of times it needs to be PAUSED (which is A standard procedure with phone companies and military) They gave away my husbands number that he’s had and carried over a decade. So when he got back they shrugged their shoulders and gave him a new number. A HUGE pain we had to deal with immediately after coming home. What bugs me more is them telling me it was turned back in and working a day before he returned. So he had no service or working phone when he arrived. They also charged us 2 months after we “paused” the service…even knowing they had sold his number and absolutely were not using it. Criminal and money hungry. If you’re military…stay FAR away.
