Went in to the office to exchange equipment, turn in a tv box and try to get a better price on the service I have. Got a new internet modem with instructions for self installation, got $8- off a month for tv box, and took off “digital preferred” channels and my monthly bill will still be over $200- a month. Was told my internet was $90- month and given info for government program for disabled/low income that would pay $30- towards it, which I don’t qualify for. So not only does Xfinity not physically do installation but the information provided by customer service is inadequate and unhelpful.

The connectivity was so bad that I left after 1 month and then they continued to bill me after 3 months. This is my third time calling and asking them to please stop billing me.

The worst customer service! You get bounced around and transferred. They make it extremely difficult to change plans, cancel or bring your phone with you. They gave me a PIN that lasts for 6 hours so I could transfer carriers only to find out they also have to unlock my device which takes 48 hours to unlock. Customer Service is outsourced and it is difficult to explain common problems with the language barrier. Trying to get into my mobile account I hit "forgot password" to bring me to a screen that says to call their cable customer service for a reset which cant help you with your mobile. Stay away from this carrier.

Im so mad at myself for giving xfinity mobile a chance. They are a bunch of liars. I spent almost 3 hrs on three different calls to xfinity yesterday trying to cancel my phone service and everytime, they lied to me that it was canceled and that I would get a message with a confirmation.... nothing happens. They made me set up auto pay in the beginning and now i can't get them to remove my card. Im going to have to go to my bank hopefully stop payments and it looks like im also going to have to drive an hr. to their store to cancel this service. I am so annoyed with these people right now. I should have never tried to leave t-mobile for this trash company. Please stay away from xfinity mobile. They will give you the run around until you get tired and give up.

I WiSH I could put 0 stars.. I am currently on the phone for the 5th time to make them cancel a phone service I never used. I ordered the service.. receive the chip... but I NEVER connected. I was getting "Billed" But not paying (I didnt know I had to pay for a service I dont have) I called to cancel service but they never cancel... I kept getting emails that I owed.. so I kept calling.. last time I spoke to them (before today) they promised me they canceled my bills... and SURPRISE today I received a letter from Credit Collection Services. Now I am currently on a phone call for almost an hour now.. I hope I can fix this issue. Just be careful with them..

Awful horrible worst ever! They kept billing me long after I canceled their terrible service. Buy 2 cans and a string. You'll get better service with those

If you transfer a number from xfinity make sure you immediately disconnect that line or they will keep billing you. I had to pay also 2 full months after number transferred. Calling customer service is a joke. Nothing but run around. There phone service was unreliable, only avaliable were thier service is.

Wish I would of read the reviews before I made the switch …. Now I’m sitting outside AT&T waiting for them to open because Xfinity mobile has completely dropped the ball on the eSIM service my phone would not connect ever but they also canceled my other old phone for AT&T so I had zero service for the whole day …. I spent at least 10 hours yesterday from 1 PM till almost midnight talking to numerous different agents about getting my phone to work and every single one of them had a different answer someone even told me it would take eight days and then tier 2 service whatever that means it took all evening to get a hold of because of the wait times and that guy didn’t even know how to even speak correctly and I couldn’t understand him at all and he told me it would all be worked out within three hours they have removed my account from being able to talk to a chat agent And this morning I had to borrow someone’s phone because it never came back on like the guy promised to call Xfinity mobile to get a refund and now they’re telling me I have to wait 72 hours before I can call back to get a refund this makes zero sense This company deserves negative stars I will also be removing my Internet because of this
