I would give a 0 if I could. Was lied to about the phone I would receive, was told if I bundled TV and WiFi, the cell phone would be free. Received phone and was charged 150. for it and when I went to cancel, I talk to some person for 30 minutes that was no help and when he transferred me to someone that could help, the wait time was 60+ minutes. How can they get away with this crap? I'm 70, retired, and this has been a nightmare. The sales people will lie to you!!!!!

Ordered a new phone and was going to switch from Verizon. Porting the phone number was supposed to take 15 minutes. Four hours later, still no port. Realizing it was not worth the frustration dealing with Xfinity and longer, I returned it to an Xfinity store and it took an hour and then they sent me an email to ship the phone anyway how absurd a process is that? Xfinity had the most convoluted processes to handle returns. They opened stores to be customer centric but in fact does nothing but add to the already frustrating experience.

I purchased a plan with a one-timed payment of $23. Phone $12.00 month. Every month since my bill is constantly going up another $10. Xfinitymobile was the worse mistake I've ever made on a phone service. Theyre not even in America and the call center with my credit card is committing fraud but I can't talk to anyone in America. They keep giving me people out of the country who can't pull up my account. Then the non speaking English person got upset and restricted my account immediately and it's not the end of the day so I'm going to another company. They did me a favor. I canceled the payment

I preordered two new IPhones and one was sent to my home by FedEx my wife signed for a package that I opened that didn’t have the phone in the box it was an empty box. I have been dealing with customer service for over 2 weeks and I keep getting different messages different timing for processes to take place and no answers. I paid for my 2 preordered phones up front and still only received one! I am a new customer and the their customer service stinks! I just want my refund or my products that I ordered but I keep getting the back office bill crap that they are working on it and I’m not the only person. I don’t understand if this is an issue why didn’t they have a control in place to stop this from occurring again! This is unacceptable and we the end customer shouldn’t have to wait without answers or our money back for a product that we paid for. Each representative keeps saying we are going to send you an email and they are taking care of the issue but no real communication no email was ever sent and I’m stuck waiting with my money in their account or and I’m getting bill each day on top of all this!!!

In this day and age, mobile carriers should have an online or completely automated SIM activation processes. Xfinity Mobile requires customers to call them. I just called them and their phone support was closed without telling me when I could call again. IMHO this simply unacceptable! I would urge everyone considering Xfinity Mobile to give Visible Mobile a try. I had some trouble porting my current number, but I never had to call support.

They are scammers. Plain and simple. If you ever make a mistake to bring your number to them - you will never be able to use that number anywhere else.

Do not get a mobile plan from Comcast. I switched from Verizon and they sent a damaged phone. All they had to do was replace the phone and I send the damaged one back. It was with in their 15 day policy. Instead they have been giving me the run around for two months and I'm still paying $1200.00 for a damaged phone that the speaker won't work and it won't recieve texts. We took it to samsung and they stated comcast needs to reace the phone but comcast just hangs up or transfers my call everywhere instead of simply solving the issue. They are trash. I will be canceling everything. Sometimes I understand why Verizon costs more, so customers don't have to deal with this B.S.

Customer service has been terrible in my port from T mobile. The sales person at X finity made it sounds 'seamless'. It was horrible. Additionally, despite NO problems with my Apple Watch pairing at T Mobile and me doing everything as instructed, 45 minutes and 3 different people keep telling me the Apple Watches are problematic! No one can pair it! I am so regretting leaving T mobile to save a bit per month.
