Not seeing Zero star for the review. The worst customer support that I have ever seen. I am recommending that nobody should use this mobile service. Not at all paying respect to the customer queries and leaving customers as disappointed. Struggling to get the refund for the past 21 days and the team makes me highly frustrated. First I need to handle the automated system which I hate most and it wont allow to chat with an agent for nearly 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, It allowed to connect with an agent and that agent will connect to multiple departments and it will go like a chain related activity and still you wont get any resolution for the same. Instead they will tell stories and always making the customers frustrated and disappointed. Not recommended any of the xfinity services to others.

I have had Xfinity Mobile for about 4-5 years and while I was in an area where Xfinity cable was available my signal and service was fine. However a year ago I relocated to another town and when I went to update my information on the website it would not let me and directed me to call CS who updated my information and my problem was resolved or so I thought. I ended up updating my address with 2 other people only to find out this past Friday when I called in that the info was not updated. That was not the reason I called however. I called to have my phone unlocked only to be told (and sit on hold for well over 30 mins) that it was unlocked and provided a pin to transfer my service. I again asked to have my address updated since it was going to be needed when I activated a new sim card but was told that it was fine and not necessary. I then had some follow up questions because the Google said that an unlocked phone of my make would say this if it was unlocked and it did not but was told it was in fact unlocked. They are the professionals not me so I bid them farewell and went on to order new service with another provider after the call. Fast forward 5 days (the active time for the pin provided and shipment time for the new sim as well) and I go to activate new service and am hit with a need network unlock code. Queue mild irritation because I was under the assumption my lines were already unlocked that a simple call to obtain said codes were all that was needed. NOPE! My phones are actually not unlocked but they will submit a request for the codes that will take 48 hours to obtain. Again mild irritation because I called 5 days ago and followed all the steps and asked all the questions so that it would be a smooth transition but nope! Anyhoo...it is what it is and was rushed off the phone Have a Nice Day. I i go to put the old sim back in (with xfinity) but it doesn't work. Call back and explain everything starting from my first call on Friday and ending with what happened today and asked to have the codes expedited because I cannot be without service. The lady was nice enough and I was able to get only 1 unlock code and an oh we cannot do the other line but I out in a request. So does that mean that there was no request submitted with my previous call for 1 and for 2 please expedite the other one because not my mild frustration is starting to go up a little because again you are trying to rush me off the phone. Again it is what it is but the PIN that I was provided 5 days ago is only valid for 5 days and today is day 5 can I please have another one or can we reactivate this one for an additional 5 days since I now have to wait to transfer service on this line and the one given to me 5 days ago is not going to be valid past today? I cannot do that...let me transfer you. Acquired new pin after repeating myself 2 more times and again decided to ask again for them to expedite my unlock code because my frustration is growing and I have done my part to do what I have to do and asked all the questions and gotten all the codes only to be turned down again. 10 bucks says that my address is also still not updated. So now I sit here and wait for the email that I may or may not receive within 48 business hours. And I am growing increasingly frustrated because I've been in customer service, I speak very clear, I repeat myself, I use all the details, and I ask all the questions and am stupid polite even as I grow angry AND I have never missed a payment with them in all of my years of service. You do all the right things and you still get the sort end of the stick. Customer Service: Polite while they are on the line with you HOWEVER will rush you off the phone. Every one I have spoken with have been kind but it seems like they aren't aware of certain things and weren't taught to say things like I'm sorry can you repeat that? What you are asking is XYZ is that correct? I am not sure, let me ask someone else. Service was mostly fine. No real complaints there.

The problem is that customer service does not solve problems, you spend hours in chats or calls. An absolute nightmare.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, was promised a refund of $116.75, never received, called numerous times, I’m always told, this needs to go to higher authority, transferred so many times and so many calls, still no resolution. I HATE this outfit. I’ve also been promised a $75 credit for my next bill, yeah right. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

I just dont get it. Comcast is by far the worst company I have ever bought a service from. They raise their prices yearly and the service gets worse. Customer service is the worst & run-arounds from some mayasian call center and no escalation and return of calls. You can literally spend hours even days resolving or at least pushing for resolution.\ Yesterday - total loss of service - no explanation still. it is if the just dont care. And when you call they . either lie or totally evade the issue Doesn't the BoD hold the president/CEO accountable? or are they cut of the same cloth?? Too bad a once decent company has spiraled to the worst ISP!

I’d give a zero rating if I could! No prepaid debit card of $100 as promised. They had hidden fees on the first bill and overcharged me on my second bill. I was transferred to 5 different people none of which could speak English clearly before I could get my account number and pin to switch back to my old carrier. I would NOT recommend Xfinity mobile at all!!! Horrible division in the company. The WORST!!!

Xfinity is now a complete scam. Won’t send me my money for a refund that was issued over a month ago. And the customer service team is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Absolutely horrible! Told promotional phone was free and then once opened up 1 mobile line with xfinity, now being charged for the phone that was supposedly to be free. Called to cancel service and I had to wait 30 minutes to get a customer service representative and then placed on hold to wait for a supervisor within the mobile service department to only be transferred to the technical support department and then I had to be transferred back to the mobile service department to waiting another hour for another customer representative. I wouldn’t do it! Worst mistake I have ever made. I’m so glad I followed my first mind when I opened up this phone line. They kept saying to transfer over my existing line to them and I would have a cheaper cost for both phone lines and I kept saying absolutely not. I Need two different service provider with our home in case one provider is having issues! I’m so glad I stuck to this motto! The line I finally canceled today was for my 9 year old son and he will have to get over it! I wasted my time and my money! Never again Xfinity Mobile! Everyone can’t be a mobile provider! Xfinity stick to providing cable and Internet!
