Not worth it if you have any problems
OMG where do I start? Yes, they use Verizon towers, but they don't use Verizon customer service. I am switching back to Verizon - it's worth it to me to have people who can help solve a problem when it arises. Xfinity Mobile has left me without a phone for a week and now, after getting the phone "fixed" at their suggested dealer, my phone is "not compatible with their network". This week I have lost out on a critical job interview because of this - not to mention the business I've lost because no one has the know-how to help fix the problem correctly. Every time I spoke with someone on the phone or in the store, I was promised that everything should be fine and I would be good to go, I just had to wait for the data transfer from the cloud to occur (it never happened, btw). I'm stuck with no phone service, a useless $700 phone and NO ONE who knows enough about what they are doing to help. Yes, X-M is cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you have a problem, you are out of luck. I'm going back to Verizon. I should never have left.
