My voicemail stopped working recently. Have spoken with NINE different customer support personnel, nearly all with difficult to understand accents and in what sounded like a room full of hundreds of other people having a party, and it still isn't fixed. The last person washed his hands of it and said Apple needs to fix it. It worked for over 1 1/2 years and all of a sudden it's an Apple problem?

Switched to xfinity mobile
Switched to xfinity mobile, and what a nightmare it's been! DO NOT switch, unless you enjoy out-sourced customer service that has no idea what they're doing, unexpected charges they never told you about, and texting that fails more than it works. Will be switching back to my last carrier. The frustration is not worth the savings!

The absolute worst company I've ever…
The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with! 4 time's I've called as paid my final bill, asked each time if that was it! Was told yes, now they are saying I still owe them money for a phone I haven't had in over a month! No stars..worst company ever!

Worst customer service on the planet
Worst customer service on the planet. God help you if you ever need to switch an existing phone line. I spent a long time on the customer service chat trying to get a new SIM card ordered. We were trying to switch him to my old iPhone which I was using on their network. Since I got a new phone we gave him my old one. The SIM card never came, waited almost 3 weeks. Called again, they never sent the SIM so they said they’d send the new one. We got the SIM card and went online to activate to only find that his phone number is GONE. They deleted the device. We tried to enter the phone info through activation process and now we’re getting the message that the phone isn’t compatible with the network. &@$*!, it was last week and for the last 3 years that it’s been on Xfinity!! Their customer service is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Period. If you want cheap it’s great, but like I said, God be with you if you need help.

Customer Service Line is TERRIBLE
The customer service in their physical store has been good, but I don’t always have time to go there. The customer (lack of) service line is terrible. When you finally get through the automated portion and actually get to speak to someone, they try to use cute little sayings and treat everyone like they are children. They also seem to have a very poor phone system themselves as they are constantly asking for things to be repeated that they didn’t hear (I’ve spoken with other customers with the same experience). I have made five attempts to stop getting billed for a phone I returned (within the return window) that I keep getting billed for. I’ve also made several attempts to get my Apple Watch connected to my account with no luck. I would highly recommend another carrier - pretty much any other carrier.

Have had Xfinity mobile for over 2…
Have had Xfinity mobile for over 2 years. Every single time I have upgraded a phone, all ordered through Xfinity, there has been issues that has taken hours of frustration with customer service to get corrected. They have double charged me for lines and lied to the BBB when I filed a complaint, stating they tried calling me several times but couldn't reach me. I was answering spam calls to make sure there was no way I missed their call, calls I am positive they never made. Kimberly F. who is with "Executive Relations" is the one who has constantly lied and been about as unhelpful as humanly possible. Will be canceling the mobile plan along with my cable and internet very soon once I get everything sorted out.

DO NOT SWITCH TO XFINITY MOBILE
Much like the other 350 people who have reviewed already I would strongly advise you to not sign up with Xfinity mobile AKA Comcast.
We switched from Sprint to Xfinity trying to save some money, We told our phone lines would be unlimited text phone and data unlimited but upon getting the first bill for $701 we find out that we were put on a 1 GB data plan and then any additional data would be at $50 a gigabyte after that.
The free phone they send you is a Samsung A13 which I was not happy with and tried to upgrade mine to a Samsung s22 assigned to your contract gave him my credit card which they then charged that $701 to and canceled my upgrade despite the $701 being paid in full by my mother who was the contract owner. I called for credit on three different occasions was told I would be getting credit but after waiting the 15-day waiting period for credit to be issued I would call back to find out why it hadn't and was told that the credit had been closed the case has been closed for it being valid charge.
They would not relent and blamed my mother for "her" misunderstanding that 1 GB does not mean unlimited - which is directly opposite of what we were actually told. Again the plan that we signed up for and I verified or that we verbally agreed to was $30 a month for unlimited text phone and data.
If you ever dealt with Xfinity or comcast before you know that customer service is probably the worst customer service of any company you ever had to deal with, certainly that I've ever had to deal with. You would have a easier time explaining calculus to a 2 year old.
They're supposed 5G service is more like 3G it's horrible it's just absolutely horrible and I'll be reporting it to the FCC or whatever communications company I need to because it's anything but 5G.
We regret leaving Sprint who offered a half our bill at the time we canceled...to just try and save a little money... The first two months of service with Xfinity Mobile ended up costing us $1,928.
Xfinity refused to do anything to help soften that blow or be understanding in any manner. I have spent, and I am not kidding, literally, more than 36 hours trying to get help with this and get some of my money back to no avail and the last time I spoke to them I asked to speak to a manager and was on hold for 3 hours, again no joking, 3 hours before I hung up realizing they had just put me in a queue that went nowhere.
And now I'm stuck with a 24-month contract in what supposedly is a non-contract agreement because we're an Xfinity Internet customer...
I've gone back to T-Mobile even though that means I now have two phone bills.
PLEASE do yourself a favor, do the research- save yourself the headache, the time, the frustration and the stress and stay with your current company or go to another one or the other major players but do not, do not sign up for Xfinity mobile you will regret it.
If you still decide to go with them make sure and get documentation of absolutely everything! do not do anything paperless with this company so that you have records of the things you agreed to cuz they will use that against you as well.
I wish I could leave a no-star review because they don't even deserve one star.
