Xfinity mobile service. A.k.a. cellular service. I went with these guys and got a new iPhone 13 pro max about a year ago. I’m making payments on that phone and I also signed up for unlimited service. Now I get an email saying that after 20 GB of data they are going to throttle my speed.. I just got off the phone with some agent in the Philippines, who explained their three different unlimited plans. Every one of them has a cap on data. So I told her the problem we’re having is understanding the English language. Unlimited means unlimited, which means no caps. But they are blockheads. This is very deceptive advertising. So never believe these crooks when they tell you you’re getting an unlimited plan. That is a lie. They are just straight up dishonest. Zero stars for Comcast. I also have a very expensive cable TV thing which they just jacked up to $245 a month which is about $20 a month more than I was paying before , the federal trade commission should look at these guys

I canceled service, for a brief time to pay off some unpaid bills for my 81 year old mother in law. I followed the exact procedure I was told, turned in equipment as told, and was assured that was all I owed. Yet the thieves came up with another $250 for made up crap. I tried to explain the situation to a supervisor, but she was just interested in collecting the money. I literally feel like I was robbed. Not, just because the company constantly rewarded my loyalty by raising my bill each month. It wasn't until I tried to leave, that someone said they could lower my bill. Run, don't walk away if someone tries to get you to use or sign up for xfinity. If I could, I would give zero stars.

I wish I could give zero stars. Told me my phone would be unlocked if I just paid off the $300. I paid it over a week ago and it’s still not unlocked. I don’t even know how xfinity mobile is still in service. Actually, it’s probably bc they make it so hard for you to leave that no one can escape. I hate them all. I want xfinity to go down in a pit of flames. Morons all of them. They are making my life so unbelievably hard. I could write a novel about how much I despise xfinity mobile. Actually inept people working there. Run away don’t even think about signing on with them.

I switched from straight talk because it was going to save me a little money. Definitely not worth it. My mom anď I both have phones through them on her account. Today she had got a new phone and activated it. I look at my phone a few minutes later and had no service. My mom tried calling her new phone and my phone started ringing. After a lengthy call to xfinity, they got her number back to her phone and said I would have my number back in an hour. Two hours later still nothing. We called again and they said we would have to contact straighttalk so they can release my number again. Why? You guys screwed it up and I have to fix it? Definitely not worth the couple bucks we are saving. Tomorrow I will call straight talk, but only to go back.

Xfinity mobile is the worst choice I have made in getting cellular and cant wait to dumb them for T mobile. You cant access your account calls keep dropping and the internet is super slow. I never have any good service anywhere. I have been more agrivated in paying for a service like theirs. It is a waste of money I rather pay more for quality service.

Purchased a new phone from them. Out of the box, I can't make voice calls with it. People either cannot understand me at all since the sound keeps breaking up or my voice sounds very mechanical/distorted. Even though I purchased the phone from Xfinity, they claim they have no responsibility and I have to track down a repair center for the manufacturer and take care of this myself. Voicemail with this service is horrible. If there are more than a dozen or so short messages, callers will get a voice mailbox is full message. No transcription on voice mails is available with more recent Samsung phones. Customer service is the worst I have experienced. Switching a data plan took more than 6 calls and 8 hours on the phone because most service reps did not know how to do this correctly. In general, a quick google search will yield better info than talking with their customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I WOULD! Xfinity mobile customer service is a complete JOKE, and that's putting it nicely! If you're considering service with them...RUN!!! They completely jacked us up from the beginning. We were switching to them from AT&T and bringing our phones over. They mixed up the SIM cards so we had to get that resolved. Then I decided to upgrade my phone as I was starting to have a lot of issues with my old one. HUGE MISTAKE. They sent me a new phone but attached it to my husband's number. I tried to call to resolve the issue and it just got worse from there. Not to mention every time I was transferred to the "higher person" I was hung up on every single time. I was on the phone half the day to try to get it resolved and it didn't. I finally gave up and told them to send me a return label so I could be done with them altogether. They deactivated my husband's phone but said they couldn't deactivate mine until they received the phone. This was on March 20th. I sent the phone through FEDEX on March 22nd and just received it back yesterday stating the label was damaged. Bullcrap. The label was completely taped so there was no way for it to be damaged. I contacted Xfinity to get another label. They won't give me another one because they're saying I still owe a balance. How can I owe a balance when I haven't had service since March 18th?!?! It's completely absurd the CRAP they put you through. I just want to be done with them and the nightmare just continues. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from them!!!!!!!! You've been warned!
