Worst Customer Service and Services horrible. They offered to me the best coverage 5G and high speed internet. The true is I don't have good coverage. A lot dead zone everywhere, poor internet speed 1.5mbps or 6mbps. I never see the 5G. Everytime I call them to report no coverage they pretend I reset my phone. I'm tired of them. My Nightmare Xfinity Mobile.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. I was told I had until April 8th to decide if I wanted to keep the mobile devices. So April 3rd I called to cancel the devices (both still brand new) and she informed me that I only had 14 days which ended March 28th. I kept telling her I was never informed the 14 days period except that I had until April 8th. It was like listening to a broken record. Unbelievable. Now I’m stuck with 2 brand new phones and ended up paying both off today just to be officially done with Xfinity mobile. I’ve never had issues with Xfinity internet but the mobile services….not worth it. Very unreliable, untrustworthy services. Go with TMobile!

I have experienced multiple incidents of dropped calls, slow internet speeds, and inconsistent connectivity. These issues have persisted despite my numerous attempts to contact customer service for assistance and resolution. The only thing that is consistent is that Xfinity keeps reminding me that they are using the Verizon network and so are not responsible. Reported to BBB and PA AG office. They are unfortunately about to lose my service the customer service is non existent and they are terrible. Do not switch due to the price it’s not worth i been having data connection issues since I switched . I have over 3 or 4 cases open with corporate and still no resolution they just have terrible mobile service honestly going have to put them with metro or boost at this point.

I opened my new Xfinity mobile account and in 1 week, Xfinity lost my account. When I accessed my app and online account, Xfinity system treats me like a customer who has never opened any mobile accounts...... When I tried to call Xfinity support line, I was redirected to answer multiple questions from the machine and could not reach a live person after 6 call attempts. How can Xfinity just lose a customer's information on its online account system?

I changed my number upon getting the new number after speaking with a representative the phone didn't work. I have called 6 times to only be told to do the same thing over and over again and then they tried to sell me a new phone. This is unbelievable my phone still not working for 3 days now.

This company is a fraud. I got 2 lines on 1 Jul 2022 and got them cancelled on 25 Jul 2022. I am charged through autopayment every month till March 2023. i never used this line after 25 Jul 2022. When after a lot of efforts, I contacted the customer services rep, he was a rude person and he said that my line is being used and these are legit charges, which was a flat lie. Stay away from these fraudsters.
