It looks like your mystery watch was received within a week so perhaps it wasn't an issue with delivery. The mystery watches can be a gamble. We have some small production pieces that are one of a kind, and other items that were part of previous collections. They are definitely worth more than the price, and we do welcome the feedback. Mystery items can be hit or miss but we always ALWAYS appreciate the support!

Hey Michael! Oh yes all of the Vendetta's are pre-orders. We always include the shipping dates on the product page, but if you're ever curious you can always email us at [email protected]. We also sent out emails when we had a slight delay. If you didn't see that, it could have filtered into SPAM. We're always happy to resend the information! So glad you like the design! Hey Jacob! Thanks for the information and feedback. All countries handle customs a little bit differently. We do always include the standard forms that are required, but occasionally the government in the destination country wants to verify the amount paid for the full shipment. They are just making sure that we didn't lower the values to also lower your customs duties. We wish that customs officials were more consistent, so this definitely doesn't happen every time. We're glad it all worked out and thank you again for the feedback and for supporting our business! We appreciate you!
