Loved the watch until it broke. Contacted them to request a warranty repair but was told to come back later as they didn't have a repair center at the moment. Well, 3 months later I look into it again. The repair will cost $300 in shipping. I paid 500 for it! Would not recommend and won't be buying from them again.

Craziness is all I can say. I was gifted a Xeric watch as a birthday gift. The watch ran for a little bit maybe a year. It is an older watch that I had liked called a xyroscope. Well it broke I decided to send it in to a company called times ticking to get it repaired. Simple enough right. Well 6 months later.... I don't have my watch back I paid money to ship the watch to the repair center and I paid $190 to a company called lowen to have the watch repaired. ugh. So apparently time ticking had some kind of fallout with Xeric. Then my watch was shipped back to them. They shipped the watch to lowen and lowen sent me a bill to repair the watch $190 plus shipping. A few months later apparently my watch is not repairable because they don't have the parts. Wouldn't you think they would check that before billing me anything. Yeah I would think that too but that's common sense. And a lot of companies don't have that anymore. In any event I'm going back and forth with Xeric... Who are very rude by the way. On where my watch is and why it's taken this long to get repaired. I'll keep you updated if I ever get my watch back unrepared. Or if I ever get my refund I would say steer clear and buy a reputable watch from a reputable watch company. I only have a few of these watches and they're the only few I would ever have going forward. Stick with the Swiss made watches that last a lifetime. These watches from Xeric our Chinese junk in my opinion. Regards MR

Horrible experiance . Un professional

Literally refused to take my order cause they didn't like my form of purchase I guess? They say it failed verification checks, but wouldn't tell me what verification it failed. I used a credit card, and all of my information as I would anywhere else where payment is happily accepted. Looks like I'm going to have to buy their wares elsewhere.

Awful company! They have no idea what customer service is. My order had the incorrect address and I contacted the local courier twice to ensure the address was changed. The courier then deemed the item lost but tracking shows it returning to the main shipping company DHL. I asked Xeric would they replace or refund and got a flat ‘no’. I have had to ring EVEI and DHL to find out where the parcel is. Xeric will not get involved. Their email representatives are cold and have no interest in helping or showing any empathy for a customer who has spent money with them only for the parcel not to be delivered. They also seem unaware or not willing to recognise that Consumer Rights exist and until the parcel is delivered it is under their responsibility. I’ll now have to start a lengthy process of recovering my money. The watch looked great and I was excited to receive it but as always the true test of a company is when something goes wrong and how they will react. In this case Xeric you are an utter disappointment. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM XERIC - WARNING, APPROACH WITH CAUTION. My watch broke within 4 days of ownership, second hand literally fell off. I requested refund, they requested me to spend $25USD posting the watch back (apparently this would be credited back to me), following numerous images provided for evidence. People work full time jobs, look forward to time pieces, and do not have the time for continuous iterations to the post office to remediate faulty goods. Two broke watch guys (founders), clearly no longer broke enough to be concerned with $300 of hard earned money. A steep fall. Will not be repurchasing

Do not buy - Retroscope Jump Hour Vintage Mint - This is only a day watch ! You cant tell time in the evening on this even under a street light ! I own 3 watches from this brand and bought a fourth one. Their designs are unique and stand out. My issue is this, their return policy bascially just says that they dont stand behind what they make and dont have the confidence to back up their watches and designs. On their website, I left a 1 star review and its been a week; still hasn't shown up only to lead me to believe that the only reviews that show up on their website as the ones that only praise and not critisize their products. This is not only false advertising but also leads to setting false expectations as it did with the Retroscope Jump Hour Vintage Mint for me. It is next to impossible to view the time on it when there is no day light. Even in the evening, under a street light, its extremely hard to tell time on this. I rather take out my phone and look at the time which I hate doing. They even sent me an email to revise my review. Who does that? My trust in this company has gone from 100% to WTF !!

Disgraceful customer service. My watch was shipped to Australia over a month ago. I have been trying to track the progress, but Xeric provided non existent tracking number for the Australian courier. I ha e requested it be reviewed and be provided with the correct number, however they just repeatedly provide a link to the tracking page for the Australian courier. This is despite twice being advised the tracking number is wrong. They have cool looking products, but do not buy from them if you aren't in America as they don't care about their customers. EDIT. Thanks for the response, providing the exact same response as you have to my email enquiries. I have been using the Australian tracking number provided in the link provided for the courier company. Your response just validates my review, which isn't defamatory by the way.
