This is a beautiful product, I just wish the review process was more incremental so I could give a higher score. The only reason this is not a 5 is the international delivery process. I live in Australia, the watch shipped straight away from California, then got lost when it crossed international borders into Australia & I assume sat in customs for close to 2 weeks? There was no way to track it when it left US. I know it’s tough to cover the shipping experience worldwide, but felt the need to highlight this to improve the customer experience. If you ignore the Australian customs experience, this is a great product & great service

Usually that delay happens during the customs process, as you mentioned. It's really a bummer that it's not more streamlined worldwide. Well after many correspondences I finally got my watch in the mail today, May 19 2021. The watch is stunning. Seeing that these are numbered, I'm lucky to have one of the first round 1 of 75 made. A very cool time piece.

I pre-ordered this watch in Autumn 2020 - it took time to arrive but its certainly a worthwhile purchase. Things take time to be made and I understand this. Time was well spent in design and manufacture. The only thing to add would be a locking pusher to the crown but this is a very small quibble. Excellent watch, excellent service. I will support again the future.
