The watch I received was defective out of the box. Xeric was good about understanding the situation and has offered to replace the watch. It was unfortunate, but that happens. I have sent the watch back and am awaiting the replacement. I do appreciate the support of Xeric about this. It was hassle free.

I like the uniqueness of the watches, but the delivery of watches and bands is extremely slow.

I liked the shipping and packaging. I also liked the watch I picked out. I did not like the mystery watch or the return process for the mystery watch (... still waiting to hear back). I also really do not like that these are advertised as American top quality watches but are actually made in China.

I bought a NASA Xeroc watch and I love it until stop working and now I’m just wondering where can I take it for repair in Australia

So I like the idea of the watch. The reason I did not give it a 5 star is because... 1- took longer than expected for the delivery, 2- when I try the watch for the first time since it has a curb built in to the back, it moves a lot and does not fit properly like some of my other watches. 3- I think if they improve the materials of the watch meaning the straps, it can make them feel like other better high-end watches. Of course try to give it a better sitting fit on the wrist. Of course I'm sure they are mindful of the price but maybe make something that can target the higher-end community people who enjoy watches. The color is nice, the look is very nice. Over all is a nice watch to wear, last time I wore it people asked me questions about it, and a conversation over the movement and color is what I got so far. Over all is a cool watch. Will wait for the material and other things to be fixed to my liking. Will consider ordering another one, when that happens.

The watch is beautiful. However, it was shipped to the wrong address even after I emailed the company several times to make sure my address was updated. Also, the item took much longer than anticipated and the communication was extremely poor and vague. I feel the watch was worth the wait, but unfortunately, I don't think I will purchase again.

I am a collector and always looking for unusual watches. This one is a very Unique watch, decent built quality, a very different ways of time reading. Happy with the watch What I'm unhappy with is the shipping charges. I'm from India, XERIC does not have any presence here, I stumbled upon your brand while browsing online and when ahead and bought a $500 product. I had to pay $80 for shipping and another $25 customs duty. I understand the customs duty but for a new customer, who is buying your brand from foreign country you should be able to waive off fee shipping. Imagine me wanting an additional strap for my watch... the shipping and customs itself will be higher than the product itself.
