So far, I am happy with my purchase and the shipment time. The fit and feel are very accurately described on the website and I have received a number of complements about my recent purchase. The 22mm leather replacement band was a difficult fit but operates well. Very happy with my purchase and I plan to purchase another soon.

I ordered the mystery Xeric watch, and received a watch from a Russian watch company called VOSTOK. Was really looking for a novelty watch and received a non-working Chronograph from a Russian brand i've never heard of. . To ad insult to injury I reached out and customer svc rep Sarah, no last name given in email, no phone number. Very patronizing email, and asked for me to take pictures of barcodes, and the watch itself, so that I could return it. And that they are making an exception because this watch is non-returnable. The whole experience has turned me off, and simply wanted to return it, but now feel rather bait and switched. If not bait and switched I personally rather not deal with a company that has business in Russia, feels like i'm dealing with a very shifty company.

Hey Jack! Sorry to hear there was an issue with your order. We do always ask for additional information and photos to help us investigate where any issues could have happened. Vostok (Assembled in Lithuania) is sold on our sister site, which uses the same warehouse. It's possible someone might have packed the wrong order/item by mistake. Can you double check your email for our last response. We're happy to get this returned for the correct item!

Long wait for my watch which is a Vendetta II. Watch initial impressions are good. Well made and solid. The band is not as well made but of decent quality. Packaging is incredibly cheap and not worthy of the watch or the price point. Definitely cheap made in China feel to it which makes everything feel like a lower end experience. Time will tell whether this is a quality piece or poor investment but the watch itself is well finished inside and out.
