Ordered lights even though I was skeptical due to some bad reviews. Lights were delivered ok. Packaging was very good and very professional looking. The install instructions are lacking some. Very small print and nothing to say there is a protective glass that needs taken off first. I thought I broke the lights right away. Contacted customer service via website chat and was promptly greeted and with a solution to unscrew metal keeper on end and glass would separate as intended. (Please add this step to instructions) Light install was as simple as replacing a standard light. (Also need to include which way the light orientation is up somehow on the light or instructions) lights are very bright and work wonderfully. The fans are quiet enough you can't hear them over engine running. Been driving with them for 3 weeks. Happy so far.

The product was deliverd on time and according to specifications.

Brightness is excellent. Polarity was reversed on all the anti flicker. Required reversing the wires in the plugs because the plugs would not work when reversed. Customer service assisted in identifying the problem however I had to figure out the solution on You Tube.

Good customer service and with good response times. The product itself is of good quality with good warranty coverage but the instructions could use some reworking. Yes, there are A LOT of different vehicles out there which are constantly changing but the instructions i received for both my fog lamp conversion and my headlight conversion were exactly the same and none of them were in any way useful for the D3S bulbs as no guidelines were given for the D1S/D2S/D3S systems on either of the instruction manuals or on their website making it a big hassle for anyone installing themselves. For Canadian buyers, keep in mind that despite the product being shipped from Canada, prices are all in U.S. dollars. Edit: i did already take a look and the only difference on the instructions on the website is that it simply states to wire it to the factory harness. These are $2000 headlight assemblies and finding a wiring diagram has proved to be a challenge and just cutting a wire and see what happens is not exactly a viable option.

Purchased lights. Got here in a timely manner. Within a week of purchase. I made a mistake on the order as I wanted yellow fog lights and not white. Told me I made a convenient mistake and that the lights I ordered are the brightest ones they had. I was more than willing to send the fog lights back in exchange for the ones I wanted. They didn't really seem to care and at that point I didn't feel like dealing with them any longer. So all and all. I have my purchased lights.

Every time I've purchased I've had a good experience and had my questions answered.

Junk product and they won't give me a refund

Shipping was incredibly fast, website really easy to use. They are a gift so have not tried them yet. We are located in Canada which they ship to, they also take multiple forms of payment which is awesome... So no need to give out credit card info... Only one thing... The site does not give you the option to show in Canadian or American dollars.... It doesn't even tell you what it is at all. So the price that gets processed is not the price that it was in my cart.
