Directions could have been a little more clear with the wires meaning the head light had 4 wires only 2 of them needed hooked up so what where the other two wires for that weren't attached to the headlight? And tips on how to keep wires together tied up etc other than that the only problem I had was I didn’t know I would need to adjust my headlight aim they pointed strait down and I couldn’t see anything except on bright took me 7 days trying to figure out how to project them on the road so I could drive at night

Disappointed in W.
Nice packaging. The rest of product was less impressive. No instructions. No labels. No packing list. Housing/lens of bulbs was very cheaply made, fragile and poorly fitted. Poor construction overall. Was eventually able to install headlights but worry every moment that they will fail. Did not even bother to install the fog lights. Waste of well-over $200. A disappointment all around. Would not recommend.

Thank you for your review. In an effort to protect the environment, all our guides can be found directly and your invoice and packing slip were emailed to you. The housing of the bulb needs to be removed, it is only there to protect the diodes during shipping. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about the product!
Dave
I first ordered HID kits. I was not super happy with them as they had some issues with my install. Got a hold of them on chat they took care of everything. Now I have all LEDs on the truck and they work perfectly!! Awesome outfit to work with. Thanks!!

I reviewed XenonPro a few days ago, telling of my horrible experience with Dale, who works in customer service on the chat line. I was chatting with him because I didn't get what I ordered and his disrespect and rude comments eventually led to him blocking me. I got a very friendly response for the review (from a XenonPro agent), telling me to email them so they could remedy the situation "right away." I did just that--right away. Well, three days later I'm still waiting for any response back. Were they just trying to sound like they really cared? Are they really working on a remedy for this? Or are they trying to make themselves appear as a company that has some integrity? I wonder how long "right away" will be? From the sounds of other reviews, it will probably be after 30 days, making it too late to do anything about it. I'm getting really disgusted with these guys. Consider this a warning -- don't buy from Xenon Pro! 4 days later (today) came a reply from XenonPro. It is exactly, word for word, the same reply as my first review. That makes me wonder if a real person is even replying.
