Terrible product - even worse customer service
Xenonpro.com must be the biggest site with fake reviews. This is the only explanation I can give for their “no name” products. They come without any instructions or labels on them. They don’t even have a country of origin where they were made. The lights I bought were on and off and were giving me tons of issues on the dashboard until eventually one of them was burnt. Their customer service asked me to pay for the return even thought the lights were defective. Unacceptable customer service and really terrible products.

All our products are branded and our installation guides can be found directly online in an effort to be environmentally friendly. If you received a defective set of lights, we will replace it free of charge under our Lifetime Warranty program. We would never ask you to send it back to us at your own expense. The bulbs were too long to fit into my headlights properly

Hi Cycling, Thank you for your review. LEDs are longer than halogens by design so it's important to make sure you have the clearing space needed prior to ordering. Please get in touch with us so we can help you return your product or exchange the LEDs for HIDs which are smaller in size. We look forward to hearing from you!

Driver side light intermittently fails…
Driver side light intermittently fails to light. Very annoying and looks ugly. Once i notice it then i reset them and it turns on. Usually. I've had less issues with $30 hids

Remembering a Vet
Today Kevin saved a sale, made another and helped a struggling shade-tree mechanic that doesn't have a tree. We talked for 20-30 minutes, his job I know, but he was kind. He listened and then offered a solution even after I said I didn't want the product. (It was all my fault because I didn't order enough.) Kevin took the order through chat, did everything and my additional LEDs will be heading out after the weekend. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and the Xenonpro company. They want your business, but they would rather you be satisfied with your purchase first. I'm military, stationed in Germany and even with the delay in military mail, they shipped to my APO without an issue. Can't wait to get the rest and put these LEDs to work! Thank you Kevin, and crew!!!

Hids were a little dimmer than expected…
Hids were a little dimmer than expected but overall very plug and play. Good system

Absolutely the best price for a HID Headlight
Received my HID replacement kit on-time and took to my mechanic to have them installed. He replaced the parts that need to be replaced and the headlights work great. Couldn’t been a more easier way to replace the headlights, not to mention the price for the entire kit. Even my mechanic was amazed at the price and will start using this site for all of his customers HID replacement kits. Thank you XenonPro, you guys are awesome

I would no recommend this product to anyone!!
I purchase an LED headlight kit to replace a halogen bulb. Tier reviews and information seemed promising, but overall was a very poor design. I learned about 2 weeks after purchse that a 3 or 4 sided LED is basically crap, which showed in the pattern of my headlights. The pattern is basically a parabola, where i can lot of the thing on the sides of the road, but only about 30 feet infront. It also came without any instructions or papers. I would no recommend this product to anyone!!
