Kevin (Very Professional) Give this man a raise.
I recently had an issue where one of my warning cancellers split apart, causing one of my headlights to stop working. Kevin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to locate my original purchase order and quickly arranged for a replacement to be shipped out at no cost to me only requiring me to cover the shipping. Kevin handled everything with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine kindness, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. This level of customer service is rare, and I truly believe Kevin deserves a raise for his outstanding work.

BOUGHT A LOW BEEM KIT AND A FEW DAYS AFTER ONE OF THE BULBS WENT OUT. I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY HAD A WHOLE NEW KIT SENT OUT 5 MINUTES AFTER CONTACTING THEM. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received a kit for my wife’s van and…
I received a kit for my wife’s van and found a faulty bulb. Got on chat with Kevin and he confirmed my problem and is sending me an immediate replacement. I will definitely be buying again in the future for my other vehicles.
