It was so easy to install the LED lights
Ordered amd received the LED lights in about 3 days. There were not directions that came in the box, but the lights were straight forward and easy to install. Very happy with the light output of these LED lights for my truck.

Rude customer service
So I have not driven with my new lights yet. They seem very bright though. I drive a 05 sequoia and the led can be focused to the bottom or top of the housing. When you turn on brights it illuminates both. My last set on low beam focused on the bottom half whereas these focus on the top half. I used the chat feature to find out if this was correct or if the last ones I had were wrong. I was first told it’s my responsibility to figure that out and then the chat disappeared. I restarted the chat from a different device and was then told what I was saying made no sense. I restated it and again was told I made no sense and for me to provide an email to process a return. This guy named Allen according to the chat info would rather me return a product than help me resolve an issue. That’s not customer service. So I asked to speak with his boss and he refused to give that info, and said he would “note my file” like I was in the wrong. I’m willing to change my review if someone reaches out to me like a real customer service person should. Thank you
