Well I ordered a set of headlight bulbs from this place I used there online find your bulb put in my information and they sent them to me go to the dealership to have them installed they tell me there wrong you need 1bulb not two have online chat with the people at XenonPro they tell me there right I tell them there not request return here’s were it gets good I have to pay $17.00 dollars to return them then they charge me $30.00 restocking fee for there mistake WOW went to auto zone a guy hands the right bulb in 2 minutes so if I could rate them a zero stars I would what a JOKE and Rip-off ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought some LED headlights in 2020 and one of them failed. I reached out to customer service. They verified I was me, confirmed my shipping information and sent me some new lights. No fuss at all!!

I had a no hassle experience with these people . Went into a l live chat and the problem resolved in fifteen minutes with new replacement coming the following business day.

This company honors its warranty immediately and is extremely helpful in getting to the root of the problem. Their customer service agents are very polite and they help walk you through the replacement process.

Bought back in Dec 2019. They will not replace parts, they blame your car for the issues. Shipping also takes very long and there is no compensation for the delayed "express" shipping, even though it clearly said they'd refund shipping cost if it was delayed. Initiated a chargeback and bank got me all my money back. XenonPro was very uncooperative and hesitant to refund. Their items are literally the same quality as the stuff on AliExpress for $20(same packaging too!) They also kept making excuses about late shipment and didn't own up to it. Edit: in the review they are claiming I couldn't do a warranty claim because I chargebacked. This is untrue. They denied the claim and shipping reimbursement, and then I chargebacked
