Hi Rachel, We’re really sorry to hear about this experience with your Falcon. We understand how disappointing it must have been to set it up for your son’s travel baseball game and then find that a 1 hour and 40 minute game resulted in only about 30 minutes of usable footage. Having the live stream repeatedly stop and missing important plays makes the situation even more frustrating, especially when family members were counting on being able to watch from home. The fact that you were right next to the camera and connected throughout the game makes us especially keen to understand what went wrong.
