Good first experienced using this company and website. They had a good selection at a fair price. I did want to purchase a bag with it but they were out of stock on the one with a bag.

I had an impulse to buy some djembes Saturday morning. X8 had some very nice Toca Stackable djembe at what seemed a good price. I purchased 4!! A bit later that day I found an even better deal that'll save me a coupla bucks. So I wanted to cancel my online order. Machines are not good at "customer service", so I must wait 'til Monday to call them!! :-(

Good product, good costumer service, great price

X8 drums website is one of the best in the business. It's user friendly and has a modern aesthetic. It is easy to find things and it's the kind of place where I can spend a lot of time. Your prices are competitive with zzounds and musicians friend and often less with the free bundles that you offer. My main concern is that I called on three different occasions on the same day and no one picked up the phone! That would never ever happen at the other retailers. To your credit you answered the chat right away and perhaps that is the best way to contact you. But you should state that because it is frustrating trying to call and to constantly get no one on the phone.

The videos helped me select a hand drum that I could picture my kids learning to play. The lessons were easy to follow and I can not wait to surprise them with this gift.

Used PayPal to complete the order. Everything was fast and seamless.
