I had no issues ordering from your website. It was easy to navigate, the information was clearly stated and I was able to complete my purchase in minutes. Thank you!

the process of looking for, finding and buying was made very easy by this website

The buying experience is much better than retail. These guys have a huge knowledge base and experience with almost every world percussion brand on the market and have used many first hand. When you call them you are talking to real drummers who use this gear every day, not some overseas call center taking orders. The item I ordered was out of stock and time sensitive and these guys were willing to bend over backwards to do whatever they could to make it right. I was originally expecting them to be biased toward their own private labeled brand, but it is definitely not the case. The customer service is top notch and they are great with taking calls, staying on top of orders, and following up on things. I would highly recommend these guys if you are in the market for anything world percussion related.

My daughter ask me for a drum, i went on the website found the drum and it was so easy to order and the shipping was free

I'm so happy to have found this place. Great selection, at great prices. Easy to order. My percussion instrument arrived on time, as promised.

I like the fact the person who helped me is a drummer and could relate to my needs as an aspiring drum facilitator and was honest.

These guys are great! Good prices, fast shipping and quality products. You won't regret doing business with X8.

I ordered a djembe rope puller, and it was delivered much faster than I expected.
