First, let me say I was buying the drum set as a gift and I know nothing about drums. I called the 1-800 number and spoke with Art. He steered me to the set that met my expectations. From there it was a simple matter of processing the order and getting everything shipped. The ordering process was very efficient and only took a few minutes. Within 2 hrs. we had conformation that the order was shipped and we were provided shipping/tracking information. This is an easy way to do business. We are now waiting for delivery of the set later this week.
