X1MatsReviews of x1mats.com

Buyer beware !!! They design them the way they want !! Not what you expected!! Mine took 4 months to receive. They don’t look anything like the description on thier site !! They only reply excuse after excuse, when you know better !! Then they stop replying!! The material is good , it’s a good fit but the way they will design your two tone is not like they show you .looks like folding lawn chair and you will be disappointed for sure . Sadly I’ll be removing mine cause they look like they would fit farm equipment better for the appearance! Maybe I can just burn them !

My first set of X1 mats was several years ago in a 2020 Aviator and I was really impressed with not only the fit but also the materials used and quality. Since then I have used them in a Navigator, a Bronco and a BMW X4 which I replaced with an M4, Just got the mats for it and I'm happy as always. I have had an Aviator with another brand "L" mats and while the fit was good, the quality of the materials used is not the same. I will be ordering X1's for my new Navigator now!

The fit and finish of the mats is great. They are easy to clean and they block a good bit of heat. The shipping is a little slow but they are worth the wait.

I would never buy from this company again. I believe there are fraud company I took over three months to receive my mats with nothing but garbage lies coming from customer service, which is only one rep they keep saying it’s in production. It’s in production. It’s in production and then they promise you that they’re gonna be perfect and then they tell you that there was an error and that in past quality and they’re gonna remake them and then when you receive them they don’t fit and they make you send videos which take some weeks to review and then they say it’s the installation for not therefore I have videos pictures and it’s obviously cut wrong for the back seat of my car. The front ones are all wrinkled because they were crushed and delivery and they refused to make good on it. They refuse don’t ever order from X one and I’m not just saying that it’s important to understand they are fraudulent company.

As all the other 1 star reviews show this company provides a horrible experience. Been almost 4 months and I have continually gotten the runaround. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for any reason at this point. Looks like I’ll have to file a charge back with my credit card company. I don’t see how they’ll stay in business with how they currently run things.

I really like shopping with x1mats they are good at what they do i tell all my friends about how good of a job

These are high quality mats. I ordered the Double Layer Diamond Pattern for my 2023 BMW 550i. They fit precise and look fantastic. The staff worked with me to ensure a perfect fit. The logo is embroidered as well. You won't be disappointed. I ordered grey mats to break up the black. The grey was a bit too light for me, so I reordered black carpets and will keep the grey for ack up. Thanks X1 Mats.

I dont recommend this company, they are very Shady . waiting 3 months for my mats, sent tracking number with no scans for 3 weeks, untrustworthy. update received a call from the manager Chris who promised my order would ship by 3/18 and i will see tracking by 3/20, its now 3/20 a called back in the person who answered the phone told me the same story i have been hearing for the last month, i was told by chris that DHL returned the package to them thats why the the tracking number they provided me on the 4th is not showing movement, he told me Dhl would repick up the package on 3/18 and will for sure see tracking on 3/20. i have never heard of DHL collecting a packing without one scan once again this company seems to unreputable. i will keep everyone posted when and if i ever receive my mats. i believe i may have to take this a step further, because i refuse to give my money away.
