The quality of the mats is awesome and the services for keeping me updated on the mats was good because at some points there was a shortage on the materials that was used for my orders but they offered me more options and they kept me updated by call or email. Thanks drake for taking care of me. Can’t wait for the next order

This would be a 5 star review if my order had met the expected shipping date. Order was touchy from the start, from constant delays to dodgy phone calls. Ordered my mats for my B9 RS5 Coupe June 4th and was told I’d receive them by July 4th. I finally received my mats on 9/28/25 but the order was incomplete missing my rear trunk mat. I was told they didn’t have the proper measurements to fulfil my order unfortunately. Which frustrated me, as it would anyone else, but Chris reached out to me and did everything RIGHT to make me a returning customer! I do wish the fabrication team would coordinate better to the customer service team so I could’ve been kept up to date throughout the entire order process. However once I took possession of the matts I was pleasantly surprised with Quality and Durability! Compared to “Car Mats Customs” and competitors the quality of these mats KNOCKS them out the park for damn near the same price! A bit unfortunate that I didn’t receive my trunk mats but Chris is now working in collaboration with me to provide him with specific measurements to have it shipped out with my next order. Shout out to you Chris for your superb customer service!

X1Mats seat covers were very well made. Beautiful design and craftsmanship. Support was timely and responsive with comments and helpful input. This was the most enjoyable and pleasant aspect of the whole experience. Only concern would be the fitment process. This was not just a "pull over and pull down" excise. This required stripping off OEM covers and applying quite a bit of pressure to compact the fairing inward, on the top portion of seats, to get the martial in place. Drake from X1Mats was a true professional, top notch. I would buy from them again.

Update Nov 15 2024 Got a call from a professional young person. They stated that they will be sending me a replacement ASAP. This person stated that it was obvious that fabrication made a mistake. Will update again if and when I receive the replacement/s. Bought two sets: first was gray leather, fit perfect but gray was way to light.. pics appear darker, either way my mistake. Second were black with red stitching. Everything fit except drivers side front. Appears that it was cut incorrectly and doesn’t reach plastic to place insert. Have photos and video . It’s been a month now and keep getting g run around even after I sent video and photo. They look great but doesn’t seem they are willing to accept they made a mistake and are not willing to make up for it. Buyer beware. If they don’t fit right you’re stuck with them. They get 2 stars instead of just 1 because the leather is good quality

Recently purchased for my Tesla Model S. They are durable and easy to clean. I love that they are so robust. I am only waiting for them to get worn in some as they make some squeaking noise still when the seats adjust. These were well worth it.
