Iv ordered 2 sets from them, the 1st order was back when they were called F1 matts. Both times they were exceptional with communication and before I ordered a 2nd time they sent me a 25% off code for being a returning customer when I was browsing. For both orders I drew my logo that would be stitched in which was clowns with alot of detail, and they were PHENOMENAL at making sure the colors I wanted were in the right areas and they didnt disappoint at all with the detail. Yes, it was a lengthy wait but definitely worth it. I completely understand the matts are custom and they go through a process including to make sure theres no imperfections before getting shipped out to the customer. These are hands down worth the wait and the BEST custom matts on the market. They were amazing with the communication during my wait time and even upgraded expedited shipping for free since it was longer than expected (they were flooded with orders because they had a promotional sell which was a good bit of a discount) I see they tweaked the matts differently for the better since changing the name and I absolutely love it.

This company claims it had cut my seat covers to fit and we're never made properly. I have taken them to the professional installers and they told me they were cut wrong and won't fit. Now they won't help me out and is basically blowing me to the side. So beware people dont buy or order from them cause your not gona be happy in service or production.

I have ordered a set for my 24 GMC then my 26 Durango and now my 23 Challenger They do not disappoint The quality is superior from other carpets and I have tried several in the past, but nothing compares to these by far are the best that I have tried. Drake at customer service is great and I appreciate how he keeps you updated with emails telling you how your order is going. definitely will shop with them again.

The quality of the mats is awesome and the services for keeping me updated on the mats was good because at some points there was a shortage on the materials that was used for my orders but they offered me more options and they kept me updated by call or email. Thanks drake for taking care of me. Can’t wait for the next order

People please beware and this is your warning about X1MATS. This company gladly will take your money, but never contact you through this whole job. Im battling paying over $700 for seat covers for my 2022 Chevrolet silverado. They made some covers but they dont fit, an hole weren't cut were they were needed to fit for head rest post. I contacted them about my issue and they never called back or barely send me emails. Just dont buy from them!

The quality of the material was well put together. I also didn't have any problems installing the seat covers. I will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent floor mats. I've had them in my car for about 5 years and they are the best I've ever had. I just bought my wife a newer car I wouldn't want anything but the best for her.

I installed my X1Mats in my 2022 BMW Z4, They look great, I purchases the black mats with the red stiching. They were very easy to install with the clips that were included. They are heavy duty and will protect the factory carpet. They look great and add value to your automobile! Thanks X1mats! Keith Chase
