The F1Mats website is easy to use and the options to choose from are exciting for car enthusiasts like myself. Have your dreams made into reality with F1Mats… Out of the clouds, into your car and right under your feet!

I love everything about these mats! The website is so easy to navigate! The hardest part for me was actually choosing what I want in my car, so many great options. The communication and customer service has been flawless.

I ordered these mats for my Alfa Romeo Stelio. They are cut wrong, they bunch up on the side, even sticks up above the side, towards the doors there is no way to use the clips no where to clip them how they made them so it doesn’t lay flush. The logo that I paid extra for is far from the alfa romeo logo… the alfa romeo logo is red/green/silver and black…. They decided that the black should be some wierd sky blue???? I contacted them they said they would contact their manufacturing department and get back to me after the holidays. Never heard back I had to contact them again and claimed that I was installing them wrong and sent videos on how to install them… the picture and videos I sent clearly show they were made too big in same areas. They have still to bother to either offer to fix the mats or refund me I paid $500 for mats that don’t fit right with a crappy logo.. Bad product, bad customer service no accountability for having not made them to custom fit like they advertise.

They send my logo upside down, their excuse I order like that bad customer service and poor quality mat..do it in a custom leather better shop.in your area.

F1MATS designs, produces, manufactures and ships one the best, if not the Best Floor Mats that I found after searching through many, if not all of the Floor Mat Companies was the only company that made and sold Floor Mats that were Custom Made for my 2021 Vanderhall Carmel GTS. F1MATS manufactured my Custom Floor Mats to my own style of specifications at my request with Excellent results. After telling Customer Support/Service what style and type of Floor Mats I was looking for, F1MATS went above and beyond with outstanding communications and messages to me to make sure that I was going to receive the exact Floor Mats that I was ordering for my Vanderhall. I received the initial Floor Mats within 2 weeks and the Driver's Side Floor Mat was a perfect fit with only a slight error in the fit for the Passenger Side Floor Mat. I contacted Jay in Customer Support/Service and explained what the slight error was and he listened to what my problem was and guaranteed that Production would address the problem and would change and manufacture a Replacement Passenger Side Custom Fit Floor Mat that would fit perfectly. F1MATS not only sent a Replacement Passenger Side Floor Mat but also sent another Driver's Side Floor Mat at no Extra Charge. Result...the fit was absolutely perfect and right on the money. Now that is Top Grade Customer Service from an A1 Company that manufacturers one heck of a Top Grade Product. I will recommend to anyone and everyone if they are in the market for Superior Custom Floor Mats... Look no further than F1MATS! You'll be Glad You Did! 👍

F1Mats website is super easy to use and I love all of the options to choose from for my car.

These mats fit extremely well. I had ordered a different set up and was called, told they would be back ordered. Customer service offered to upgrade my mats with no additional charge and expedited the delivery. I am very impressed with F1s products but even more impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend them

The team at F1 are fantastic. They communicate EXTREMELY well throughout the whole process letting me know where the order stands and shipped exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Is a fantastic product, my wife loves it in her Jeep. Beyond that, they have followed up a couple times since the order to make sure we had no issues getting it installed, and then again to make sure we were liking the product. The communication was not over bearing, just spot on customer service! I have already suggested these guys to multiple people, and it's easy to do when folks start asking about your floor mats.
