After my order was placed I received my mats well packaged and within roughly 14 days. Being that my car (Dodge Charger) is strictly used as a show car. I am very meticulous about its presentation at shows and was hesitant at these at first.I cannot tell you the response that I get at shows with these installed.Great fitment, easy to clean and simple to install I would highly recommend these mats to anyone who wants to take your ride to the next level customer service at the drop of a hat

First of all, they make an excellent product that I have yet to see the equal. The workmanship is rendered precisely with strict attention to detail. Super impressed as soon as I opened the box. The fit is perfect as well. Arrived really very quickly as well. Impressed there again. But the most important thing to mention is the fabulous customer service. I impulsively chose a color that just didn't work in my vehicle once I had them installed. Totally my fault. I sent them pics and when I expressed my disappointment with my decision, their rep immediately stepped in and offered me a discount and suggested a perfect choice in design and color scheme. Happily spent money with them again because I know I can sell the first ones easily. They are truly stunning. Takes the vehicle interior way over the top in one step.

F1 Mats are the absolute best in my opinion. These are the mats I chose to buy after months of research and back and fourths with similar options. Trust me, I did tons of filtering. There are some other good competitors out there but the customer service and product is top notch here which is really hard to find these days. I admit that I am a very picky person which I know can be annoying at times but these guys didn't care and went above and beyond to answer any question I had to the best of their ability. Other companies just gave up on me with my questions. I have been using these mats for almost a year now and love them even more than when I put them in. Just a little clean up hear and there and they look great everyday on my daily car. These will now be the first addition of very few that I do to any new cars I purchase. They look great in my Porsche Cayenne and is a great way to protect my investment! I am a real customer and am happy to answer any questions personally. This company has done a great job answering mine.

This company rocks. Specifically Ray, who had stayed in touch with me, and reassured me throughout the entire process. So when I ordered my mats several months ago, there was an issue between Customs and USPS. Basically they were both pointing the finger at each other, when in reality, Customs agents most likely damaged my items, and lied about it, claiming they were never received. Well this had me worried, but ever F1 stands behind their products, and I was shipped out a replacement which was received within a week. Oh I am so happy I ordered from this company, these mats were so worth the wait. And they are absolutely worth every penny I paid for them! They are beautiful, and I cannot wait to install them in my Slingshot. They were made in Dubai, and I am so so so happy I chose to wait for my replacement mats. Thanks Ray. I will definitely be ordering from you again.
