I placed an order for floor mats for my…
I placed an order for floor mats for my 1999 F250 over a year ago. I have gotten nothing but a run around No mats have been sent to me and despite multiple calls to multiple customer service representatives I have not been able to get a refund!!
This is totally unacceptable and calls into question the credibility of this company. If, as they claim, they are unable to provide the product as ordered just refund the money paid and I will move on.

As you can see I reviewed this company previously. I was contacted by F1 and was assured the problem would be corrected and I would receive my order. Still no order received but I was asked to take down my negative review!!
All I want now is a refund and this sham will be finally over! The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn't rate them any lower.

I ordered some mats with this company…
I ordered some mats with this company for my Chevrolet Malibu, I was able to get the design that I want and was still able to add side pockets to my order since I totally forgot to add them. Customer Service was great and assisted me by taking the details of my order until I received it. Mats really are high quality, you can tell just by looking at them. The turnaround time was only 2 weeks and received the mats quickly. Would recommend this brand.
