Hello David, We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with our mats and the delay in delivering the correct mat for the passenger side. Our customer service team has been working diligently to address the issue and provide you with transparent information throughout the process. It's important to note that our mats are designed to fit the exact floor measurements of a vehicle. However, in the case of optional stock accessories like the Stock Bose sound system in your 2011 Porsche 911 Carrera 2S Cabriolet, there can be fitting challenges. We understand that this may have caused frustration. Our team has been eager to work with you to find a solution, but unfortunately, we were not able to proceed without your cooperation. We genuinely value your satisfaction and would be more than willing to assist you if you change your mind. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your feedback and will continue striving to improve our products and customer service. Warm regards, F1Mats Family
