Have been trying to purchase another camera from Wyze.com but their website doesn't can't seem to load the checkout screen. Attempted multiple times over several days incase they were doing maintenance but still doesn't work. Called their support was told to just keep trying every few days until it works.

Had a problem. Messaged Wyze through the app twice. No response- ever.

They send you updates that destroy you cameras! Then they ship the replacement fed ex economy ground! THE WORST! It's been over 10 days and I still don't have a replacement camera! The tracking hasn't updated and wyze and fed ex refuse to file a lost claim!

I preordered a cordless vacuum. I never received a confirmation of that order. I was charged in June 2021. When I placed the preorder the web site said the product would be delivered in July. Now the website says it would be delivered in August. I called the company today and was told I would get an email confirming the order. No such email came back. I called again in the evening. I was told I needed to give a confirmation number. Since the company never confirmed my order, I have no order. I just have a bill that went through my charge card. Reputable companies should not charge customers for products until they are sent out for delivery!

Their website's broken. They wouldn't let me place an order. They blamed my bank, but it was clearly on their side since the charge went through, then they refunded it. Also, you can't delete saved credit cards from their website. Their page shows there are no stored cards, even though when I go to checkout, the cards are saved there. Their customer support people don't seem to speak English.

The worst you can buy from Home Depot. Will not connect to cameras or retreive from the cloud. Don't waste money on Wyze cameras.

If your wyze cameras work when you get them, they will cease working when the thermometer reaches 90. I have 2 out of 3 fail. They cannot hold a charge, longest was 72 hours. Have contacted their customer service. No response. If you live in a magical area where everything is perfect, they may work for you. On my planet, they are now bricks.

Wyze advised sensors have known issue and they are no longer supporting - planned obsolescence. I am 2 months out of warranty and they will not refund or give credit. Wow. True lack of ethics. Sad.
