WYZE.. Customer service is brain dead... worthless
WYZE... Customer service is abysmal. Camera stopped working with Amazon Echo Show, but still works with my Iphone. Customer service is clueless...
They suggested I use WYZE CAM LIVE ... that doesn't work either.
Seriously... I'll never use their products again.

Why is support so difficult
I mean, 🇼 🇹 🇫😒‼️!! Wyze support started out great. But it seems as if this crapass cs model is where all the companies are going now. It's impossible to not need offensive when companies are regularly being offensive with the lack of support. I own thousands of dollars in wyze products and support on this crap is damn near impossible.

Find a different company to do business with. They will make unauthorized charges to your credit card.
Trying to make a purchase from this company was the worst mistake I've made in a long time.
I order a hub kit and cam on 2/1/2022 for 102.00
It took three weeks for me to receive the order which was incorrect. It was missing the keyboard and sensors, therefore, the unit could not be used.
I returned the items on 2/24/2022 as directed by the vendor, I still have not received my refund.
At this point I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau in Washington state and may have file a claim with the credit card company.
I cannot recommend anyone doing business with this company unless you want they to send you the wrong order, to take a month to get the order to you, and hold on to you money for six weeks when you ask for a refund. Unfortunately, I did not read their reviews prior to ordering from them.
Do yourself a favor, read the reviews about them and find someone else to do business with.
This company has numerous negative reviews and its not just customers sowing sour grapes: this is a bad company go do business with.
---------Update--------
On 3/16/2022 Wyze lab charged my credit card for $95.00. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute against both charges which they, my credit card company, addressed quickly. As a result of Wyze labs decision to attempt to charge me for items I did not order, my credit card company will be closing my card and sending me a new one to prevent Wyze labs from processing any new unauthorized charges.
In my opinion, by hook or crook, Wyze labs intends to keep the money they owe me for the item from seven weeks ago and charge me for items I did not authorize. My credit card company is handling the dispute and I have filed a complaint against Wyze lab with the Washington State Better Business Bureau (case number is 16894958) .
When a company starts making unauthorized charges against your credit card it's a very real problem. This not a issue of sour grapes or buyers remorse. This is an issue of honesty. Do business with this company at your own risk.

Wyze Watch is Worthless
I purchased a Wyze watch. The watch is worthless for anything other than telling time. I have bought several cameras and other items from Wyze and had been pleased with their products until I purchased this watch. Most of the Apps on the watch do not work accurately and/or consistently. They only give you 30 days to return the item, which is not really enough to accurately evaluate it and then you have to pay to get it AND to return it. I guess I should not have expected much from a cheap Chinese made poor imitation of an Apple watch.

Purchased Wyze Cam v3 'cos reviews said it interfaced with Smartthings. It doesn't. (Not without specialist hacking.) Their web site is a complete jumble, rarely allowing you to go to where you need to go. Support Centre is actually Lack of Support Centre which uses a robot to avoid answering any questions at all. Then I learn that I have to buy a subscription in order to look at live feed on my computer from my camera 5 meters away. Phone interface is again a complete jumble.

Today Wyze billed my Visa $14.99 for a service I Did Not order. They have done this 3 times. I have asked more than 4 times during the past 6 months to Stop billing me $1.99 per month - two no avail.
This once great company has become a low level poorly managed company resorting to underhanded trickery to stay afloat.
Today, I filled a dispute with Visa. Tomorrow FTC, State Attorney General. . . I'm guessing this will be more costly to Wyze than the dollars they're stealing. Others should do the same.

Great concept but TERRIBLE execution
Great concept but TERRIBLE execution. Very unstable software. Way too many updates and revisions. Motion detection is marginal and recording the event usually doesn't start until most of the event has already happened (too slow)... most of the time it misses the face capture because it's too slow. Horrible reliability of network connection. If you like to just waste time "playing" with your tech these will be fine but if you just want your stuff to work reliably, get a different product!!! Wyze should spend less time inventing new worthless gadgets and focus on their primary product otherwyze they'll be out of business soon!!!

I bought a Wyze surveillance camera
I bought a Wyze surveillance camera, and the company constantly prompts me on my phone to buy a monthly subscription, which I don't want to do. It's super annoying. They also recently sent me an email asking customers "to help everyone" by making a contribution to some technology they are developing; in other words, they want the customer to fund their for-profit development as some kind of woo-woo partnership. This is a for-profit company as far as I can tell, so I think, to be competitive, they should find their own funding instead of sending these fake "community oriented" emails. Weird.
