If you have literally hours and hours to spend with tech support and you don't care if the camera works this might be a good option for you. I've come to think that the company is run by millionaire teenagers with ADD on meth that have one goal - to keep rolling out products and services that seem to stay in the Beta phase, so they can get your money and keep it. The cameras are not reliable and the subscription software is kind of nuts. They offer the name your price on top of the $15 a year fee. So you have to pay the going rate, but you can pay more if you want?

Waste of money. Thieves took out SIM card (duh) Wyze has ZERO footage recording. My things were copped. This is Security Surveillance?

Their Tech Wizards are a joke. This was a great startup company, but went down hill quickly since 8-2021. I don't know what happened to them. I used to tell everyone how great they were. Now I tell everyone to seek another solution.

Scam company. They sell you a product with the understanding it will do what it says on the packaging and then they end all functionally of said device untilyoupay a subscription fee. Avoid this scam company and throw all wyze stuffs away.

Robo vacuum ruined my floor and Wyze would do nothing but offer $50 voucher. Company continues to disappoints with cheap and unreliable products. I’m done!

I bought 4 cameras at a brick and mortar store, 3 indoor and one outdoor floodlight camera. The first camera set up ok. The second camera refused to read the qr setup code. I did all of the things they suggested in the troubleshooting guide, but nothing worked. The third indoor camera set up fine, so I assumed it was one bad camera. I opened a ticked and support said they’d exchange it, so I packed it up and sent it to their returns. The floodlight camera installed fine and the lights came on, but the camera would not enter setup mode at all. At this point I was fed up and returned it to the store I bought it from for a refund. 6 weeks later, they still have not replaced the broken indoor camera. I’d rather return it where I bought it and abandon Wyze. I never should have bought these garbage cameras. Support is terrible, quality control is terrible, these were a HUGE mistake.

The initial products were affordable. They still decided to change to the pay model unless you sign up for the pay service. I tried to log into my Website they have an ad-blocking system to track all users. I tried to look in my app it refers to the Website. I tried the Website and got an “AI” messaging system. When I finally had a person, he did not know what he was talking about. He was on hold for 22 minutes until I gave up. I am writing to tell you to save your money and get something like ring an established company. Who knows about this group? Founders are all from another country who know where our videos are from I loved them initially, and they keep screwing with customers and current products. My camera just went off and went to still photo with no explanation, and then months after the port, dont worry, sign up for cam lite. I am so mad I may hammer all my cameras to pieces and send them in. I am ordering a ring as WYZE could give an F#$K about current customers. Simple request they could not answer??? What am I paying now? What changes are coming now? We went from a free model to a graduated pay model with poor customer service/ support in a year. I am MAD I BRAGGED ABOUT THEM, AND NOW THEY HAVE BECOME UNREACHABLE, SERVICE IS NON-EXISSTENT.

Customer service is unexpectedly unprofessional they must have a grade 6 education they do not help you they just frustrate you and I keep on getting billed but not getting what I'm paying for this is been going on for 6 months now and then they decide to blame it on Google which Google has nothing to do with it I paid for you Google but it goes to Weis and it's absolutely insanely frustrating to deal with the scam and company that you spent a lot of hundreds and hundreds of dollars on to get scammed by them and to be treated like a piece of s* anime further and further complaints do they take actions or they pay me my money that I think I deserve I've emailed them plenty of times with no answers whatsoever and answers that I did get very stupid and uncalled for and unprofessional this is going to lead to lawsuits for some kind of law section 165/85 of the civil code right of the criminal code conducted a survey of the welfare of the poor Judgment of the indicators to come forward to let forward defeat the guilty to the desire projects skinny fundamentals that our existing this company and pursuing further actions to lead to arrests in to have punishments to the application Mills of desires fundamentals on the operation system conducted by wyze camera
