WyzeReviews of wyze.com

I purchased 3 V 3 wyze cameras about 6 or 7 months ago into does not work anymore the other one does not have night vision and I know how to install and set them up they were protecting my house and now I get no recordings when I'm completely dead the other ones no night vision and they're just taking photos and not videos girl requested me to purchase to get video again I never knew that I would have never purchased them just want to record on my phone

The purchased Wyze camera is easily one of the worst experiences from a technical standpoint! Inconsistently working, ridiculous online account experience, camera shuts off and refuses to turn on without rhyme or reason (not due to WiFi or other connectivity issues). Don’t recommend.

Please do not buy these cameras it's a complete rip off and please let me know when the class action lawsuit starts because I know that will be coming very shortly

Just say that my experience with this company's product of a wyze camera V3 that I invested in 4 of them is really something that I deeply regret doing. They frequently go offline. When I reach out to customer service. I can spend easily 45 minutes I'm just one of the cameras and be no further along than when I first called the number of customer service the people that they have answering on the first tear have to stop for at least 5 minutes and pull up some sort of guidelines for them to run me through. I would not recommend this company for any kind of reliable online survey with system. The saying is true you get what you pay for however I don't believe between the amount of time that needs to be spent with their customer service department and the value of time because we all have a value of time it's it's not worth the price that I paid for their system and the pain and frustration of trying to navigate through their customer service department

Have the camera for just over 2 years. It was great at first 12 second notification clip, continuous record to SD with over a week of playback depending on the size of the SD. In the last couple of months all this has been removed and now behind a monthly or yearly subscription. However, even before this I had upgraded the whole house with new camera setup and moved over to TP Link Tapo. Far better system, cheaper, better quality, massive SD storage and the App is simple to use and not 1 update since I installed the system 4 months ago. It just works. Wyz have shot themselves in the foot.

Total junk. I have 4 and all 4 continually disconnect for days on end. Don't waste your money on wyze.

Wyze has given me the worst shipping experience in my entire life. They decide to ship with Fedex SurePost which is basically like shipping via the sewers in America. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and my package still isn't here. If I knew they would ship with such a cheap ersive I would've ordered on Amazon or paid for 2 day shipping!! I absolutley hate how they're so cheap with shipping. Its disgusting.

I would give a negative star but sadly 1 star is the WORST available! I've had 3 phone calls accidentally disconnected from them all, over an HOUR WASTED! To think I use!! To speak highly of this company and recommend them! NEVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE customer service, misleading terms upon purchase back in 2019 how they offer everything you're looking for at no cost! But EVERY update they take features away then charge you after ensuring you their products are unlike others! That's CORRECT at least other companies are upfront about ripping you off!!
