Well this time I tried and was successful but when I first got my phone almost 8 months ago I wasn’t able to login and then I was set another email and was able to get back in

Had what turned out to be a hardware issue with a pancake v4. Customer service and their tech support walked me through the process to attempt to fix. Unfortunately it was non-repairable so they walked me through the process of applying warranty claim. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and responsive. Even the chat function, which im usually not a fan of was very intuitive and useful. Thanks to the folks at Wyze, keep it up!
