Stay away from Wyze. Terrible service. My bell cam would not record to micro sd card they offered a measly $15 product credit. Why would I use a product credit to buy more crap. They refused to let me use credit for subscription. Skin flint unreliable company. Don’t buy!!!!!! UPDATE. Wyze reply is a bit of a lie. I argued with them for 3 days before they changed it to a service credit. Originally they refused to change so their reply of happy to change is complete BS. They changed after I renewed so I couldn’t even use it. Like I said. Say away.

I've had Wyze cameras for years and I honestly can't afford to replace them with cameras that actually work. These six cameras are off, more than on. They fast forward and go back, out of control while trying to view them. Continuously off-line. Contacting Wyze results in: Unplug them and re-plug them. Doesn't work. Cable and Internet techs tell me I have great speed and hookups, it's only Wyze that fails me every single time I need to see what's on camera (like the 400 pound bear at my from door and I couldn't see it because the camera was 'cycling' and not showing.)

Both Wyze Window Cameras won't accept any Micro SD cards and will not send me notifications for anything anymore. I have reset, reprogrammed, deleted and re-added these cameras, but they are just useless. What a waste of money....only had them for less than a year. Would definitely NOT recommend WYZE....terrible product!

This company is horrible. It is just a money grab. I bought 4 cameras from Amazon. I could not get any help to set them up from Amazon. I contacted Wyze. They have AI on their site that keeps you in a loop and when you call their number your call is filtered through AI. It eventually kept telling me to talk to a person for my issues, but when the call was transferredto a person- they hung up on me repeatedly. I work long and hard. I don't have time to just keep sitting for hours and hours going through the AI promtps on their site or holding on the phone for hours. I am also not rich so being out of this kind of money is a true hardship for me. I tried to join their forum and it gave me some silly message about the way I tried to login so that was a bust. I had a neighbor who was in tech that tried to help me and come to find out - I can't run their software on my phone. I was told I have to figure out some work around. Dear God as if I needed even more work and issues and to compromise the safety of my phone. I wish this was stated up front before I bought their cameras. I have been trying to sell these cameras and I can't seem to even give them away. Please stay away from this company. I hate them so much - if I could give them negative stars I would. They need to be put out of business.

I ordered a doorbell camera directly from Wyze and it was delivered to the wrong house. I tried contacting them via chat and was told to call the phone number. I called in and they kept me on hold forever! After I asked for a refund I was then put on hold again to wait about 15 minutes. Then I was told I had to wait for an order team to reach out to me to confirm the refund. Terrible customer service! Do better Wyze!

It would be an understatement to call the business and payment practices of Wyze as "scummy." This is a garbage company that seems to get a thrill out of spitting in the face of its customers. They remove more and more features, paywall things that were free, and refuse to listen to customer feedback. A pathetic company throughout, and I will never touch another piece of filth this company makes.

No connectivity to the door lock and their service is terrible. It never works. I had to literally get a locksmith pay $400 to get it unlocked and they wouldn’t even give me any compensation. It never works and their service sucks. Don’t buy this door lock. Wish I could give negative stars horrible company!! Reporting to the bbb

I bought the wise night vision camera, all seemed well until I had to return the item. Ok so I had to pay return shipping of $6.00. unfortunately someone at wise decided they needed to subtract $12.50 out of my return refund for shipping . Company is crap.
