I have 4 cameras and have found their software to be full of bugs. Support is no help and they had me on hold for 30 min before disconnecting me. These cameras are cheap and they work like cheap cameras. Buyer beware!!

These cameras have been locking up my phone for years. It would take hours or sometimes the battery had to completely drain and then I could plug it in power and it would reset so I could use the phone again. Last week it locked up again and let it die but it would not respond after power was on. I did this for hours and finally left it off for a day. It still was unresponsive to any input. I had to take it to a repair store and they opened it and unplugged the battery. They recharged it for about 20 minutes and then it powered up and was responsive. I have reported this to Wyze several times. The first couple time I never got a reply. About 2 years later I tried to contact them. They asked for the phone modem, firmware and apps but then got no response from them. I don't even try to contact them anymore as it is a waste of my time. I took a hammer to them this time, so the problem is now corrected. Their tech support is nonexistence. These cameras are junk and the software is worst. Stay away and go with anything but Wyze.

They have NO way of editing an order once it's placed, even 5 minutes after the fact. And with each order having a $5.99+ shipping fee, it's ridiculous. We live in 2022, how the hell can you not do something so basic? And customer support is effing useless.

Bad company. First they sold it for free remote viewing for 12 secs max. Then all of a sudden stops being viewed remotely because they see another way to earn more money to those who already bought. Now you need to pay monthly to view a recording. You guys are really wyze. We bought your products because it was a great deal for a price but you lost our trust when you started asking money from us costumers just to view our recording of what supposed to be free. I'll just go back to nightowl at least even if its pricey, monthly is free not like yours. You screw our trust. What a waste of product.

Terrible system. I called with issues on 4 v cameras called customer service. They troubleshot and deemed the he devices needed replacing. I had to send all kinds of documents as a stall tactic on their part. Then they said they me to have a good experience and we’re gonna send out a gift card. Just got an email yesterday and guess what I was so shocked and amazed they were going to mail me a gift card for $15 I can’t buy anything on their website for $15. These units are going in the garbage along with the other units I purchased I’m going to be switching to a different security system with cameras that actually work. Wyze you need some help fix your junk and don’t make customers go through fiery hoops when into your products that are inferior and then don’t insult them by telling them you’re going to help them and send them a $15 gift card that won’t buy me a number three at McDonald’s. So disappointed I think I’m gonna take further steps just for the fun of it as I’ve already invested 03 hours

The worst piece of Garbage. I had 8 of the Wyze cameras and two Wyze Vacuums. All of the stopped working. There is no way you can get any help.Dont waste your money.

We bought Wyze security cameras when they first got started and they were great! Didn't have to pay month to month and they were easy to use. Loved their recorded instructions because I'm not techy. Recently, we wanted to use Wyze for our new place and, wow, what a difference a couple of years can make. YUCK!!! Their customer service is terrible. We had our previous cameras and were going to upgrade and use Wyze for our entire house, but working with their chat, their cameras, then their agents were extremely difficult. Most didn't communicate well, the setup was very complicated and we ended up going with another company because of it. The same day we purchased Wyze's service, we had to cancel. THEN Wyze charged us that month and then the next month - even though we CANCELED!! When I chatted to make sure they refunded us, they nicely agreed. Yet the NEXT DAY THEY CHARGED US AGAIN!! Then I called (screw chat!!) and while the agent was looking my email up, she "accidentally" hung up on me. I'm done. Wyze is not what it used to be. So sad, too, because I actually rooted for those guys. I'm definitely letting my friends and family know of their "demise" by putting this on my FB and all social media. I'd rather pay more and have better customer service than deal with that again!!!
