The worst customer service! Terrible! Can’t understand the customer service representatives. If they don’t know they just hang up. It happen 4 times. Waisted an hour of my time. Don’t buy there cheap products. Waist of time and money.

These suck!! Keep going offline or freezing, can only have 2 cameras at a time to actually work and still freeze. They are horrific to get to connect to the wifi!! Thank the lord I don’t have a service plan with them!!! All suggestions on how to fix the issues are crap as well. Even using as a pet cam and when I’m not home they are worthless!

The WORST! They make you pay for a system that doesn’t work. My push notifications have never worked. I’ve sent emails, no response, waited hours on the phone, no one can help or reimburse me. They are not trustworthy and do not stand behind their product. You’re throwing away money if you purchase Wyze cameras.

I can not get camera’s to connect to my wi fi . There seems to be a issue with apple and Microsoft and Wyze buyer beware …

Absolutely the worst product of it's type in the market. We've been using them in all of our short term rental properties and now had to cancel all the subscriptions and left with a bunch of extremely low quality cameras in our storage. The quality of image is super low. And what's most frustrating is their non-existent customer support. They literally do NOT exist :D Stay away from this company's products!

WYZE CAM I am beyond disgusted and frustrated with this company. I purchased 2 of their cameras and then I was in a car accident and then I came home and I tried to get them working again... In aggregate I spent almost 6 hours on the phone with the Philippines and I did everything they said.. Did not work. I called again today in the same BS. They use outsource customer service and those people don't have the power to do much... I have been searching to try and get an actual corporate phone number... They are hiding because they know they are disgraceful. So, I am going to have to purchase a couple of new cameras and it absolutely will not be with this company! Do your research before you even think about purchasing a camera from this company via Amazon.. Something that starts in the United States ends up being absolutely worthless! Buyer beware I hope this helps someone.

Not good as you are forced to have an operating system>14.0, live in the US Of A, buy subscriptions to operate a schedule. None of this was ever mentioned until you purchased it. Not happy. Not recommended.
