I give no star! Customer service were useless/IDI0TZ! I asked for a supervisor and they have no one present. I asked to cancel since to they did not ship or process and I was told I have to hang up before they can transfer the cancellation ticket then I might received an email about it? Seriously? Seriously this company should be investigated for stealing customers money! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY! EVER! I had to use the inappropriate word that's how bad my experience with this company!

Would give zero stars if possible. Wyze did not make it very obvious on any of their Black Friday promos that ALL orders that day would not be refundable, no matter if it was actually on sale or not. The fine print I read afterwards actually said only the deals would not be returnable but said nothing about all orders. The customer service is terrible at making any exceptions. They couldn't even change the items I didn't want only a couple hours after ordering even though it shipped 4 days later. I have many Wyze products but this is the final straw. The product is cheap because they don't strive to provide good after purchase support and don't care about satisfaction guaranty. Trying to reason with their customer service reps was by far one of the worst online buying experiences I've ever had. I swear they did not actually say on any of the product pages, definitely not the checkout page or email promo I received, that these orders on Black Friday wouldn't be returnable. Liars and cheats. Don't give them any of your business.

The worst company EVER!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!! They will not help with issues, can’t understand the foreign people that answer the phone then they put you on hold and never return!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY and don’t waste your money!!

Horrible customer service and troubleshooting

Accidentally placed an order , and tried to cancel! the site said you have 2 hours to cancel, so I tried, Nope they would not cancel, They were happy to charge my card $134.17 Tried to call and escalate the problem they told me no, Worst Customer Service I have ever seen, Stay away from these mother F$%$kers!!!!!!!

I had a Wise exterior camera that had a battery failure from day one. They ran me through many many steps to try and correct it over the course of almost a year to no avail. After all this, it became near impossible to get a replacement camera. I have had so many contacts with Wyze, and still do not have a replacement camera. Unbelievable ordeal for a very expensive camera.

I am so frustrated! I paid for a 1 year subscription on April 14,2022. The only way I could get my 2 cameras to work last night was to pay double my original amount. That’s only 6 months of service. I called customer service and it was awful. I was told they can’t help me. I asked to speak with a manager and they said there wasn’t one available. They said I should appeal the charge on Apple. Customer service is horrible at best.

DO NOT BUY Horrible, Do not use! They signed me up or services that i knew nothing about and when i tried to call and cancel i the call center person and i couldnt understand each other because they barely spoke english. I asked to speak with a supervisor, they sze aid one wasnt available. I told them i wanted to know what they were charging me. He couldnt tell me. I told them i'd wait for a supervisor. So far i've been waiting for 1 hour and 37 minutes. With the call center kid coming back on the phone every 10 minutes saying the same line over and over "we can take this conversation to email and we can help you for sure!". I told them i'll wait on hold. So i'll be here until i find out what WYZE is charging me. So anyone thinking about purchasing the wyse products, realize, this is what you will go through. When all was said and done i waitd 2 hrs and 9 min. Afterward WYZE ontacted me to write a review for their service. I wrote this exact review, they then told me they can publish it.
