I would give them a -5 star review. I signed up 14 days trial service. I called to cancel the service Wyze can't cancel and I need to contact to Google. I don't know anything about Google. So I let my credit card company to deal with the problem. At the end, I found out the service is cancelled but they didn't refund my money. Besides, they should charge for 3 equipment for $60 and somehow I don't know where $129.99 for??? As of today, I spent $129.99 for nothing. This is a scam, fraud. Their app is badly designed in multiple ways. Periodicaly some bug will surface making you wished you hadn't paid for a year. I needed to change my phone number, needed for two factor authorization, but couldn't because of a screen trying to sell me Cam Plus, which I already have. For support, the chatbot gave me an email address. Every time I use customer service, they are intent on making sure I know that they are the worst. Spend a few dollars more or regret you didn't.

I would like to support Wyze Products, but I find that product quality is hit-or-miss and the worst part is that the business does NOT standby the products. This is evident when products fail (and there is no compensation like a replacement or refund) or I try to get online troubleshooting (and their support staff don't even know what is contained in the box!). The customer support can issue a $5-$10 coupon... which is measily compared to the cost of their devices. Worst of all, there is a lack of transparancy on their website, because I've left this same review and it was "moderated" and "cannot be published to the website" because "our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines". I have had the following Wyze Products: Sensor, Camera, Pan Cam, Plugs, Light bulbs, Door Lock and Keypad.

They are the terrible customer service of all times. I have been over charged and still can not get itcresolved because I can not find a number to call and their chat and emails give you a run around, they suck!

No instructions available unless you have time to scour the company website. Six months after purchasing Cam Plus subscription, I found out nothing has been recorded, EVER! Thankfully I have still images, but definitely not getting the service I paid for. Since purchasing the Cam Outdoor v2,, I have connected Wyze for support. On the first occasion I received 3 different answers from 3 different people, all responding to the same question. On the second occasion, I received a 3-page canned response that ignored part of the request and, when applied, failed to rectify the problem.

Cameras constantly go offline. I have to do a factory re-set in hopes of getting them to work again. Sometimes they won't reconnect for days. I tried customer service they were only able offer trouble shooting suggestions that I've already tried multiple times. It's very clearly a camera/wyze service issue on their end. I'm canceling my subscription.

This morning I walked out of my house and disarmed the system. My wife was sitting on the couch and heard the hub say "disarmed" and obviously no siren was going off. Next thing I know some random California number is calling me over and over. I didn't expect anything. Then they start texting me saying it's from Wyze and they have dispatched the police. I opened my app and was able to see the alarm was for some reason active, even though it shouldn't have been and there was no alarm at my house. I was able to cancel the alarm in the app but then when I get home my wife told me the text message from Wyze they sent to her as a backup contact said they were sending the police to our old house... I have updated my address in this app. This company is garbage, constantly messing things up. Do not buy from them. I will be junking my system and signing up with a real security company.

Horrible , junk , lame .. worthless since day one . no notifications . then disconnected spent a half hour with customer service . the last two things they heard ? cancelling my scrip and me throwing their garbage camera in the trash . seriously
