Canceled my subscription being it…
Canceled my subscription being it doesn’t work. They still won’t give me my $ back. Why am I being charged for a one year service that doesn’t work or deliver

The Camera lasted just over a year before it died. Contacted Wyze and they offered a $5 gift card to compensate. Buyer beware get the extended warranty these cameras do not have great longevity. Or better yet save your money and get a better brand, you pay more but it will last longer.

Cameras less than 2 weeks old. Needed the cameras to work to identify as criminal suspect. Camera couldnt record a big red car in daylight less than 75 feet away. Pulled sim card from one and it had not been recording for 10 days. Other cameras did not record the car on the sims card. Neighbor has 3 of these cameras mounted within 100 feet of mine. They recorded absolutly nothing!! Unless you can speak pig latin, forget about customer service. Terrible product, terrible waste of time and money putting up these cheap things. Took word of mouth instead of reading the reviews of these cheap things. Now for the chore of trying to get my money back. Don't think I will be able to eat these things with my Cherrios!

Worst cameras and equipment in the market. They’re cheap, every year two devices give your so we have to keep purchasing new ones, their customer service sucks and the company overall is just terrible. Don’t waste your money in this garbage.

WYZE is possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with as far as customer service goes . I ordered from them I received my order The camera did not come with a cord to hook it up or a base station neither of which I was told about. I then ordered the base station It came without a cord so exasperated I ordered a cord they sent the wrong cord I tried to get the right cord and they told me that was not in stock didn't know when they would have it again. At that point I asked for a refund Guess what I was told it was too late to get a refund This company is unacceptable their policy is unacceptable and they refuse to do anything about it.

This company is nothing but a money pit . Customer service is non existent. I have gone without any home monitoring for several weeks due to lack of communication from this company. I have several cameras and I have used this company for home monitoring for the last time. I purchased a Ring home monitoring so I could know without a doubt my home had security. This company has some very good features and products, what it lacks is customer service.

Have 2 indoor v2 cameras. Various annoying issues with having to reset since day one (not even one year old) but after doing recent update BOTH cameras are dead!! Customer service feels giving me a Wyze gift card based on my original purchase price to use toward purchasing new cameras off their website is the best viable option! No thanks. Done with Wyze and will NEVER recommend

Garbage products I bought almost everything they made at one point and sad to say I bought into a company that just does not care anymore about their products or customers. Everything either broke or became obsolete so fast that they no longer supported them to the point where they could not be activated. You do get what you pay for.
