Cameras work well, but the Wyze App security plans are a scam. The App suggested that I upgrade plans due to the number of cameras I have. They upgraded my plan on 12/09/2023. Then instead of replacing the existing plan they charged me for a full year on the new plan in the amount of 107.66 in 12/11/2023 and then for the old subscription the amount of 108.74 on 12/14/2023 when that subscription was to be cancelled and replaced by the new. They will not credit me back and everyone I speak with tells me all sales are final. Poor customer service. Also with a language barrier the conversations are hard to get through. If you buy these cameras self monitor only. Do not pay for subscriptions.

Don't use this company.... Big-time scam. They have you sign up for their package using a promo/deal and not long after using their service and products they go kaput. Customer service is terrible! Basically their equipment is disposable so it's not worth going through the whole setup and install just for garbage equipment. Spend your money wisely on a better company.... I've spent hours trying to explain to customer service and just a merry go round situation, waste of time!!!!

This company bombards u everytime you check a warning bleep on your phone. Go to expand it and again another advertisement fora cloud membership overrules your intention to get a closer look. There is never direct access to the camera view and c what it saw until. U view their adverts. I'm shopping around for a less invasive system. Everyone wants money and that's in subscriptions. Inflation and greed make wze past tense.

However, I was met with a response that left me deeply unsatisfied. They acknowledged the unauthorized charge but refused to issue a refund, citing their subscription policy. This policy not only harms customers but also puts the company's reputation at risk. I hope that sharing my experience will help others become aware of the risks associated with doing business with Wyze. It's disappointing to see a company resort to such tactics, and I feel compelled to caution potential customers. In conclusion, my experience with Wyze has left me deeply disappointed. Cameras no longer record 12 second video without subscription. False advertising.

The Wyze Wizard customer support chat is the most useless thing I’ve ever experienced. Needed to remove the connected account from a Wyze lock and they literally said they couldn’t help me in any way. Can’t reset the password can’t give me the email can’t do anything! And it takes 10 minutes for them to respond to a chat message and it’s just filler like “Thank you for your patience” and “I appreciate your patience” and other things like that. Absolutely nothing gained from trying to talk for an hour. I literally fell asleep waiting for a response to come and it was just “I apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot assist you with this issue” and now I’m still here stuck with a Wyze lock that I can’t reset. Crazy that they would even do chat support when the people responding obviously know nothing about the product or company. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

10 v3 and pan/tilt WYZE cams. Almost always some problem with half of them. Got used to deleting and resetting cameras but now (mostly the newer ones) won’t reset at all. I’m actively looking for a reolacy - WYZE IS JUNK!!!

They are the worst customer service ever. There product is ok but I sold my home and forgot to cancel the annual subscription and the day my card was charged I called them to cancel and get a refund and they refused. They are more concerned about getting their subscription fee than keeping a good customer. I had several hundreds of dollars worth of equipment and I won’t be buying their equipment for my new house. They are trash
