I am writing a review to warn everyone do not do business with this company. I cancelled my subscription in the summer of 2023 and just got charged a renewal fee for the next year for equipment that I no longer have. I dropped their service because I could never check my account and they offer poor customer service. I tried to log into the account and could not get logged in so I sent for a password reset email twice and have still not received anything to reset my password. I got the bot after an hour to finally take the information and send to an actual person. I received a response saying that they could not refund the money due to the fact that they don't refund any portion of the money that they took today. I wrote them to say that I cannot cancel again because they gave me the directions on how to cancel. But as I stated they do not recognize me in their system from my computer or to reset my password. Please take this as a lesson learned from myself that this is a shoddy company that will do anything to keep your money and not provide a service to you.

Truly awful products and service. It is a fundamental maxim that if a company is to succeed, the first step is to have a good product. Wyze cams are not good products, half the time one cannot login, the other half the feeds are unreliable at best. It is incredible that folks (including me) have bought into the deceptive marketing campaigns and wasted money. You get what you pay for and with Wyze, you'd have better have spent your money on a nanny cam (at least those work!)

Has an issue every month try to fixe very hard to reach service then they send you on a wild goose chase and you end up spending hours and hours trying to fix and this is every month the service is terrible so after 4 months you asked for reimbursement so they offer you another camera or a gift card which is useless you don't want to do business with them anymore you're completely Fed Up don't waste your money with them get another camera company if they don't want to be bothered with their clients go out of business

We purchased a Wyze camera for outdoor use. After buying it, we discovered we had to buy an additional kit for it to work outdoors. We did that, but the product adapter failed to perform outside. Now we learn we also need an outdoor power adapter. We would order that, but it's not available anywhere. Chat seems to be the only option for "help," but they are completely unhelpful. We do NOT recommend Wyze cameras for outdoor use.

Here is yet another bad review for this company. this company is an absolute joke, where is their customer service located in someones basement in the philliphines ?? their reps are constantly contradicting what they are saying.. I have a 30$ credit on my account one says I can use it towards subscription and others say I can't. like which is it ?? not to mention calling them you get charged through the roof. the quality is s***, the time accuracy is s***. customer service reps dont know s*** all about their products or how to help customers. so sad to see people actually do this for a living.i hope this company gets shut down because it definitely needs to. this has been going on for 2 years, who is going to pay for my time and suffering throughout these two years. WE WANT ANSWERS

Have been trying to cancel subscription for 6 weeks now. Been given endless runaround between websites (wyze and mywyze), no-reply "support" email and chatbot. The cancellation"page not working right now" status looks to be permanent and hence a deliberate attempt to defraud.

I ordered Wyze CamPlus Unlimited Annual Plan through their site and soon there after cancelled the order as I had a coupon from them for a lower subscription price. After a long live chat with a person he indicated that the order was cancelled and non refundable. I therefore asked to have a manager call me, to which the person said he would have to transfer the chat to email and someone would respond through email. I did get a response which indicated that the subscription still existed, however, cannot be cancelled. This all took 1.5 hours. NOT happy with Wyze's policies and may eventually switch to Arlo which friends are very happy with. *****So Please BEWARE of Wyze's crazy policies before you purchase!!!**********

They erroneously charged my credit card and now giving me a gift card (only good to buy more services from them!!) - and being so patronizing while they are at it. The camera coverage and event recording is frequently out and is poor at best-constant ads when all you are trying to do is use the stupid camera you bought. and now this-they are not worth even their low cost-spend a little more and get real service.
