So-called customer support seems designed to make contacting them as onerous and fruitless as is possible. Will probably just reach out to my bank for a chargeback rather than keep going in circles with them. Buyer beware.
Edit: The absolute tone-deaf audacity to come into a review about your useless customer support and suggest...trying customer support again! This business is a joke.

This company will disable cameras…
This company will disable cameras purchased from them without notice or reason. Camera functionality is tied to their app and they will steal it from you. You do not actually own their products.
Response from WyzeSep 15, 2026
Hi Krista, we want to clarify that Wyze does not disable cameras arbitrarily. Our records show that compensation was issued for one of your two cameras, and the affected recalled unit was disabled as part of the Solar Cam Pan safety recall. Participating affected units are intentionally disabled, and recall remedies include a full refund, replacement, or gift card. This action applies to affected recalled units, not cameras generally. If you believe the wrong camera was affected or your case needs further review, please contact the Wyze Wizards at www.support.wyze.com and provide the MAC address of the affected recall camera.

Wyze Is Holding My Recalled Cameras Without Reimbursement
Wyze opened a recall for the Solar Cam Pan and instructed me to return the affected units. I followed their process and sent approximately 100 cameras back.
They have now had those units for months and have not reimbursed me or returned the inventory. I have followed up repeatedly and, to date, my messages have been ignored.
At this point, Wyze is holding a large quantity of recalled product that I returned at their direction, with no reimbursement and no meaningful response from support.

These cameras re always buffering when…
These cameras re always buffering when you try to see something happening. By the time the video comes in it way too late to act on it, that's if it even loads up the video. I have the paid version and it still sucks. They never work when you want them to. These are total garbage and not worth the headaches and the yearly price. Now wyze is rising the price for cam plus of each camera by 50%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This is a total rip off for cameras that never work when needed. Save you money and get something else. I know I am definitely not renewing ever again.
Response from WyzeSep 14, 2026
Hi Oliverio, we’re sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience with buffering and delayed or unavailable live video. Cam Plus Annual did change from $19.99 to $29.99 per year for renewals on or after March 2, 2026, while the monthly plan remains $2.99 per month. We understand why that feels especially frustrating when your cameras aren’t performing reliably. Please contact the Wyze Wizards team at www.support.wyze.com and mention this Trustpilot review so we can look into your livestream and subscription concerns.

The window camera failed again
The window camera failed again. 2nd one I tried
First lasted about a week. This one failed day one.
Sad because the coverage was good as well as the picture but both failed to save the events and in the 2nd one didn't capture testef events
Response from WyzeSep 9, 2026
Hi Gerard, we understand how disappointing it is to go through two Window Cams only to have both fail to reliably save events. We can see that our team previously worked with you through troubleshooting and that the replacement still did not perform as expected. That’s not the experience we want for you. If you’re willing, please contact our Wizards team at www.support.wyze.com and reference this Trustpilot review so we can look into it further. Thank you for giving Wyze a chance and for sharing this feedback.

My V3 garage camera failed I called…
My V3 garage camera failed I called wise for support yet they told me the product is out of warranty and they offered me no options or resolution. I feel that they leaving their customers in a bad place when they discontinue products and have no way forward very disappointing .
I would not recommend purchasing these products.
Response from WyzeSep 9, 2026

Wyze Vacuum S
I bought the Wyze Vacuum S. It's like a hair dryer. Not a good product. It stopped working. I bought on Amazon with extended Asurion warranty seven months ago. Asurion refunded the warranty amount. But Wyze is only offering a replacement. Amazon is of no assistance with this either. Be careful purchasing Wyze products.
Response from WyzeSep 9, 2026
Hi Jay, we understand why this has been frustrating, especially after the Asurion warranty amount was refunded and Amazon did not provide the outcome you wanted. Our team reviewed the purchase information and found that the Amazon order was sold by Hitex Store, which is not an authorized Wyze seller. Because of that, the seller is the appropriate party to contact regarding a refund or seller-related remedy.

Warning to UK users
Warning to UK users: Wyze update bricked my working cam, dropped OS support, and offered a useless $25 voucher
I wanted to share my recent experience with Wyze support to warn other users—especially those in the UK—about how the company handles devices forced out of service by their own software updates.
The Situation:
I had a perfectly functional Wyze camera. Following a mandatory software/firmware update cycle, my camera stopped working. On top of that, Wyze updated their app to cut off compatibility with my phone’s operating system.
This wasn't a case of old hardware failing or breaking naturally. Wyze pushed an update that effectively destroyed my ability to use hardware I paid for.
The Support Runaround:
After exhausting every single troubleshooting step with standard support, I was told my case was being escalated to the "Management Team" and "Orders Specialists" to look into "available options."
Exactly 30 minutes later, "Management" stepped in to completely shut down the case with a final refusal. Their justification?
They can’t refund me because I bought it from a third-party retailer.
They can’t replace it because the camera model is now discontinued.
The "Goodwill" Insult:
As a final resolution, Wyze Management offered me a $25 Wyze Store Credit.
Think about the logic here: Their updates broke my current setup and stripped app compatibility from my phone. To actually use a new Wyze device bought with that credit, I would literally have to buy a brand-new smartphone just to run their updated app. They are offering a completely useless voucher that requires me to spend significantly more of my own money with the very company that broke my hardware.
(update to the above) UPDATE (September 2026): Wyze's senior support supervisors have now officially stated that they will not offer a cash refund or a functional resolution because my Wyze Cam v3 has reached "End of Life."
Let this be a warning to all consumers: "End of Life" at Wyze does not mean the camera naturally stopped working. It means Wyze will actively push mandatory software updates that "brick" fully operational, brand-new hardware if you do not own a 64-bit phone. They are hiding behind corporate warranty expiration policies to excuse intentional software obsolescence.
They offered a completely useless $25 credit for a US store that I cannot use as a UK resident, for an ecosystem my phone can no longer access. I have officially rejected this insulting offer and have now logged a formal international dispute with the cross-border consumer agency econsumer.gov. Do not buy Wyze products if you expect them to last.
Moving Forward:
I have formally rejected their store credit. Wyze is refusing to accept basic corporate liability for pushing destructive software updates to consumers.
Since they have given their "final" stance, I am now moving forward with a formal complaint to UK Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. Under UK consumer protection laws, manufacturers cannot push software updates that render hardware unusable without providing an adequate remedy (like a cash settlement or a fully supported alternative).
If you are in the UK or have older devices on your network, be very careful. If a Wyze update bricks your device or locks you out, expect a useless coupon instead of actual support.Would be zero, have to leave at least one star.
nb; My Wyze Cam V3 was working perfectly well until August 2026. I had reason to delete and re-install the app. At this point everything came to light. So whatever Wyze state took place in 2024 did not have any bearing on the functioning of my camera. So how would I even be aware of their OS upgrade?
Response from WyzeAug 30, 2026
Hi Phil, we’re sorry the app changes left your Wyze Cam v3 inaccessible. 32-bit Android support has not been available in the current Wyze app since App 3.0 launched in July 2024. Our limited warranty covers quality-related defects during the applicable warranty period, one year for purchases from authorized retailers, but excludes unauthorized sellers and products outside that period. We also offered $25 in Wyze Store credit as a goodwill option, which you declined. We’ve documented your concerns and feedback.
