When I started with Wyze quite a few years ago, the application worked great using a SD card for recording. When you would choose a date a time from the alerts no problem. Now, they push Cam Plus for a monthly fee any time you want to view a video. If you don’t sign up, the application is basically USELESS. It does not take you to the chosen date/time pushing you to pay the monthly fee. After a recent software update, I can no longer access cameras remotely for the ones I updated. It’s a shame I once liked the company.

Awful. 11 emails and I’m still just getting generic copy paste responses from customer service I have cam light subscription but can’t assign it to the cameras bc of an error code when I select the cameras to add and submit it Customer service can’t comprehend that even with screenshots I’ve called and they don’t have phone support I’ve chatted and they are awful I’ve requested a call back and nothing NO WONDER THE COMPANY WAS HACKED

JUNK JUNK JUNK I started to use my camera and was logged off, tried to log back on and wouldn’t recognize, did password recovery and still didn’t help, tried signing on through Google and still no success, then locked me out of my account, This app and camera is best used as dump material at the local landfill.

The camera is great. But company charging me monthly sbd yearly fir the same service. They "renew" subscriptions without reminder. Bottom line they charged me twice.

Purchased a camera. Two days after it arrived the price dropped by 50%. Obviously I tired to ask for a price adjustment. Was told that a price adjustment was against their policy. Every place has it own policy but there should be some leeway for "two days."

Wyze and MicroCenter both should face class action lawsuits for fraud, misrepresentation of product, and its features, For misleading the public and failing to disclose security and privacy breaches. These are acts of treason and they should be punished as such. They should face deportation. These businesses are scams. Both are part of terrorist organizations. Numerous complaints since purchasing. Other consumers are pissed. Both are Jewish businesses. Problems with anything connected to them

My Cam Plus stopped working after 3 days and trying to contact someone at Wyze is IMPOSSIBLE.

Do not buy. I've had these cameras for a year and a half. There are MULTIPLE cyber security incidents with this company. The cameras don't last The cameras frequently disconnect and turn off , so many issues Very buggy company , app and cameras
