WyzeReviews of wyze.com

Thought I was getting wireless got wired returned everything including mesh router. Looked all over for wireless, went down a rabbit hole...what the hell is going on with wyze. Super low reviews from you tubers. I am replacing 4 wyze cams that went tits up in less than a year. Don't know why I went back to wyze...going with Ring wireless now. Oh, and Wyze, you keep asking me for reviews...know your product before you do that. Lots, and I mean lots of folks are not happy with your wireless product. Oh well.

Wyze all I can say is terrible if I hear ready to set up one more time I will literally scream but you get what you pay for. Then you have no tech support . They need to create another way to set up your camera other than scan the QR code.

I was billed twice. Contacting this company and receiving help either through their chat or phone is nonexistent. Horrible customer service. Customers basically go in circles like a hamster in an exercise wheel getting nowhere.

Placed an online purchase from WYZE Canada and my shipping address glitched to an old address where I use to work across Canada many years ago and now leased to a different tenant. Realized the problem upon finalizing the purchase. Tried to cancel the order within the allowable two hours window online and kept bouncing to the product return page. How can I return when I am not going receive it from UPS. Called WYZE customer service repeatedly for next two days when the order status is still unfulfilled. They are trained on script response, no better than a virtual chat bot. Their responses was that they have passed the issue to shipping and will reach out to me by email. "Bunch of liars!". Tracked my order through UPS and was delivered to the wrong address which they won't fix before leaving there facility. Now the order is confirm delivered to strangers across Canada and I am out of $42. Can't believe this type of customer service was so horrible. The product is good will only buy from the reputable Amazon people.

iOS (iPhone/iPad) users are unable to setup new or existing light bulbs; setup keeps forcing a "Add your new camera to Cam Plus" screen with no way off it other than clicking "Continue" which sends you off into a "Loading..." loop and never completes setup so the bulbs do not work. I'm setting up 3 light bulbs I have had for 4 years, not cameras. Because I changed my Wi-Fi password I have to setup everything fresh (which is stupid). They have multiple reports of this on their forums over the course of the last 3 days or so, but apparently not enough "likes" to bump up its urgency. Really? Need "likes"? Get real. Forums? Useless. In-app support options? More useless. I had issues before with outages and what not but was forgiving because they were resolved relatively fast. This? This is abysmal and the last straw. Remember folks, you get what you pay for. Wyze sucks. There's far better options for smart devices out there.

Was charged unfairly and had no support. This was a purchase of a subscription. That was signup through Wyze app and automatically charged after a few days with almost the double of the expected value. I ended up paying more than the advertized value and no Wyze support. Really frustating as I purchase a product ( Cam Plus Annual Unlimited Devices) via Wyze app but than after trial they took from my account 159Euros instead of (99USD) is almost the double. I would classify this app as untrustworthy. This is so bad that they don't bother to reply. Ticket numbers: 3783007 3784304

Devices constantly disconnect. Notifications are weak. Water sensor goes off for flood? Alerts pings once amount piles of alerts through the day. Terrible customer service. The hub that connects all sensors needs to be completely reset up. When it works it's great. Also never update firmware or you will pay with yet another setup. Junk .. ans I am way too invested to step out . Will at some point. Just junk

If i could give 0 stars, i would! Absolutely the worst customer service ive ever had! Initially i emailed them and like orhers said here, they dont answer your question but rather scripted responses, finally hoping customer gives up. I then tried calling via phone to speak to live agent and they cant do ‘anything’ except escalate to tier II. Tier II ‘Tanvi’ gets back with irrelevant responses, not once, not twice but REPEATEDLY. If i hadnt invested $500 into 10 cameras, i would cancel and switch to someone more reputable but this is absolutely awful! I regret going wyze everything… every minute of it!
