All of these reviews are clearly not looking into the other cam monitoring services that Wyze offers because if they had, they would know that they DON'T have to upgrade to "Cam Plus" for $2.99/month (which just so happens to be THE SAME price as Amazon's "Blink" Security Monitoring Services...). If you go to the tab labeled "Monitoring" in the Wyze app, there is a Monitoring Service called "Cam Plus Lite" and you can move some of your eligible cameras to the "Cam Plus Lite" monitoring service instead of having to pay for "Cam Plus" for $2.99/month or $19.99/year... I know that the Wyze Cam v3 is eligible to be used with Wyze's free monitoring service: "Cam Plus Lite" as well as Wyze Cam v1 & v2, Wyze Cam Pan v1 & v2 and Wyze Cam Outdoor v1 & v2. "Cam Plus Lite" gives you 12 seconds of recording motion and sound events and saves them in your cloud for 2 weeks. The only difference is the length of the videos. So if you pay for the monitoring service from Wyze, which is their "Cam Plus" or higher; you get longer motion and sound event recordings. But then again there is always the option to just stick an SD Card into your camera too and you don't need a subscription at all to be able to use your cameras that way... Wyze is just like every other security camera company that is out there right now, but the thing about Wyze is that it is the most affordable, and also is tested and proven to be the best quality out of all of the other similar brands...

I've never had a single issue that is discussed in these reviews. Return policy is strict but in place. If you read carefully you will find an "opt out" of any service wyze offers with a recurring payment. I've never been enrolled in anything automatically, you must press an accept button (or deny) for every monthly service. It's not their fault you want to try out a cool monitoring service then forget to cancel before trial ends. I've had 5 indoor cams mounted outside for 3 or 4 years all still work fine. I have cams pan & regular, entry sensors, hub, bulbs, switches, motion sensors; not 1 item has failed at this time. The only complaint I have is there is no ability to setup different notification sounds for different devices. The devices are well built some plastic house some metal - none have "broken" or failed. The app and setup process is very simple and straightforward. I've never used customer support- I assume they are no different than most all customer services hard to get on the phone. Inexpensive devices aren't always cheaply made, these are well made and have lasted me plenty long. The price is half the nest cam (nest does have a metal housing) but definitely all considered wyze is better than nest.

Good quality products at a fair price. The support is excellent and they stand by their products.

Wow, lots of horrible reviews. Not sure what all the problems, and it too bad so many have had such horrible experiences. Mine are quite different. I have two outdoor cameras, the garage camera, and two indoor cameras. I use 128G Micro SD cards in all of them and never have had any problems. (Knock on wood) I actually replaced a security camera that the security company charged me $800.00 for and it was no better than the WYZE outdoor camera.

Best and easiest to use camera I've found. I can monitor my house and elderly parents at different locations all in one app. My 5 year old grandson can operate these cameras and devices with ease. Most reviews on here are from people who forget that you need to add a memory card to save video (common sense).

Best camera I have ever purchase the wzye cam V3 is definitely the one for me at under 50 pounds you can not go wrong. Easy set up in under 2 minutes. Brilliant picture is star light technology is amazing. Motion detection brilliant. My camera is mounted on my window seal looking through the window no glare at night it is a brilliant picture. It looks like daytime when it's night time. You can get subscription for under 2 pounds a month what else could you ask for.5 stars all the way. Brilliant interface easy to get around the wonderful app happy happy happy with my purchase highly recommend the wzye cam V3.

Brilliant Wyze cameras! Bought some other similar branded cams that I wasn't totally happy with, sent them back and imported 4 Wyze cam x2 from U.S. to U.K. These are great cams, being in the UK they don't seem to be compatible with my Alexa and the tv firestick at present but I already knew that before buying and I'm sure that will be put right as they eventually get into the European market. Great product very happy with my purchase.

Style, build and picture quality are all outstanding as is the user interface. Received four cameras yesterday (2 cubes, 2 pan) and bought two more today. I had 3 of them installed in less than 30 minutes, including firmware updates. Had an issue with another website spoofing theirs, and when I let them know via FB, they responded almost immediately to let me know they were aware of the site and were working to shut them down. And they messaged with me several times during the day about the resolution. (It was Google shopping that sent me to the bogus site.) Clearly a good organization.
