I just had a great experience with Wyze customer service. They were very helpful in the process of assigning a camera to my existing plan, which I was unable to do in the app. They resolved the issue quickly.

I have been a loyal Wyze customer for many years. Recently, I purchased their window cameras to point toward the exterior of my home. Unfortunately, when they arrived, I realized they would not fit the specific style of windows I have.I was filled with trepidation about starting the online return process, as my past experiences with other companies have not been favorable. I am not always comfortable with online technical processes and expected a headache. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised by Wyze’s extraordinarily wonderful and personable customer service.A lovely woman named Sherry assisted me. She patiently guided me through the entire process, despite the challenges I faced on my end. To my amazement, she even reached out via email afterward to check in and see how I was doing.Wyze certainly knows how to hire great people, and Sherry is a prime example. Because of this phenomenal support, I would not hesitate to buy another product from them, nor would I hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone seeking security cameras for inside or outside their home!

Wyze - A Smart Security & Home Automation company. I am a 10+ years a Wyze customer, and they keep earning it. My new Solar Pan Cam (bought Dec 2025, installed May 2026) wouldn’t activate. It turned out Wyze had issued a voluntary recall over the mounting screws. I requested and received a refund. Before I returned the camera, I learned the issue had been resolved and Wyze allowed activations. I called Wyze to ask if I could keep the Wyze Solar Cam Pan. Angelika, from Wyze Customer Service, made it easy. She re-invoiced me quickly and kept me in the loop through the whole way. Wyze doesn’t just make great products, they stand behind them. That’s why I stay a customer. 🙌

We have 8 of their products for several years & we are very pleased with the sharpness of the images & the performance. I don’t recall any downtime except when the internet was out. We had a ring doorbell from one of their competitors, which often didn’t detect a person or delivery when a package was placed on our porch in front of our door. We just replaced that with the Wyze doorbell & chime & it was less expensive. The customer service team is awesome. Very nice & very helpful folks

I recently purchased a Wyze Battery Video Doorbell to replace the one that did not meet my needs. The installation was less than 5 minutes even with my arthritic hands! The doorbell camera is easy to use and a great product with clear visuals and sounds when interacting with visitors etc. If you are old like me and mess up when setting up the app/monitoring features, you can get the online chat gurus to help you recombobulate what you discombobulated! They are kind, patient, and thorough in correcting issues created by users. It has been decades since I have been this impressed with a customer service feature of a product bought online! They probably are not paying Ian enough for the effective and genius level guided interactions he provided in helping me correct my account!

Have been dealing with Wyze...email only they accept...on a camera that does not work well at night. Been doing this for weeks now and can not return to Best Buy since their return is 15 days. They have confirmation on my purchase receipt and numerous pictures I have sent them. I have been transferred to numerous people and have been reassured they would replace or find the setting error in the camera. Yesterday I received an email stating they could not replace since my purchase receipt and my camera activation date do not match!!!! What?... Have received nothing but the runaround from this company...be warned and do not buy from this company. Claim #4983645 if anyone reads this and wants to investigate how corrupt Wyze is. This is not the end of this fraud on not honoring your warranty. UPDATE: received a new camera in the mail today! Do they do honor their warranty
