Easily resolved a defect on item received with Ava. Serious and helpful seller.

I had trouble placing an order on the website, my address was not accepted. I contacted customer's service about the issue and it was resolved very quickly. I was now able to order another great peoduct from tenm.

I bought a Wuben F5 many months ago and and did not receive it. I complained several times by sending emails and posting on the Wuben FB page and did not get any response.
